I had my baby shower here and the owner and the staff were attentive and kind as always. I ordered a lunch special (steak and cheese sub with fries) and the food was delicious. The room where the party was held was neat. I hadn’t been in that room before and thought it was pretty.

Server kept forgetting stuff. We were charged $2 per salad which was supposed to come included-with our two pasta order. When the check was brought to us they told us the salad was written off as a discount on the receipt (which it did show there was a discount) but when you added up the total of what the prices of what we ordered were, total should’ve been $50.3 plus tax. Instead it was $54 something plus tax. Food was good for the most part just wish we weren’t charged for something that was supposedly “taken off as a discount” and also for our server to pay a bit more attention to what the customers are receiving.

Make no mistake about it, the food at Elizabeth’s is very good. Great services by friendly smiling faces. But, I had no idea that they didn’t honor the “Senior Citizens Rate” that most major restaurant’s honor . But don’t let that stop you from becoming a customer of such a fine, Italian Restaurant . Which is located in the “River Birch Shopping Center”

First time and was truly unimpressed. The food was bland. Ordered a sampler appetizer. Four different food items looked as if they were dumped in one deep fryer and then dumped in one pile on my plate. Plate came out looking a mess. The lasagna had zero taste. The steak and cheese sub was JUST steak and a tiny strip of cheese on some toasted, DRY bread. SMH! Truly disappointing!

NEVER AGAIN!! They totally forgot to make my simple lasagna! We were a table of 6. Everyone else got their food and most were done. When they brought out my lasagna, the cheese had not even melted yet! But, they told me they had not forgotten. When the “manager” showed up, he said, “well, not everyone has finished yet.” That was the wrong thing to say to me!!! I was told after we left that people kept coming out of the kitchen to see who made the complaint!! Also, Mgr and server said they were going to discount the total, but didn’t notice it on the check!!

Ordered large supreme Pizza $28. from Sanford location.The pizza was burnt. Pizza cooked on a pizza stone should not be black and unable to bite crust.The mushrooms were from a can, not fresh. Not worth it and will not be going back.

I Love Elizabeth’s Pizza. The service was great and I liked that the owner brought out our lunch to us he is so nice. We had longtime church friends that went with us and they felt the same.
