My family and I have become regulars here, we love it so much! It is one of our favorite local breakfast/brunch places, and even more so because it is Christian based being surrounded by the word of God while enjoying a beautiful meal brings us such joy.
The food, coffee, teas, desserts everything is always so fresh and delicious. They offer gluten free options as well. The owner is always so sweet and welcoming, she always remembers my daughters and I which make us feel valued. The staff is wonderful as well! I’m so glad we found this delicious cozy little cafe. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really loved my experience here. I had the turkey sandwich and the Chipotle sauce was fantastic. I thought I took a picture of my sandwich, I guess i didnt but here was the delicious salad with housemade vinegrette. I would totally order this again!! They made the perfect Arnold Palmer for me. The staff was friendly and the service was quick for a busy morning. I saw lots of vegan options which is impressive.

Elise Cuisine was absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious and clearly made with clean, quality ingredients. We ordered the pancakes, the Elise sandwich, and the buffalo chicken sandwich, and every single dish was a hit. My husband and kids were raving about how good everything tasted.
The environment was clean and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making it a truly family-friendly spot. The best part, though, is knowing that the food is prayed over daily — that intentional care and love really shows in the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

First time eating here and the experience was ok. The menu has good vegan options but it is a bit pricey for the portions. The flavor was lacking on the migas plate but the lentils soup was delicious. The chicken and waffle plate was kind of bland and the syrup was a bit watered down. I ordered a matcha latte and it tastes great. Just a few pointers: the front could use a little decluttering to make it more visually appealing.

I brought my daughter and my mother to Elsie last Saturday for brunch, and the experience was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious—I had the chicken and waffles, my mom had the Elsie sandwich, and my daughter had the pancakes with fruit. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. My coffee was excellent as well.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rocio. She was extremely welcoming and friendly. At one point, she even remembered my name and asked how I was enjoying my meal, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her personal attention and warmth really stood out, showing outstanding hospitality and customer service.
I also love that Elsie is a faith-based restaurant—it adds such a meaningful and uplifting touch to the experience.

This small restaurant has big flavor! What’s great is that they also offer gluten-free and vegan options. The Elise sandwich was absolutely delicious. I only deducted one star from the service because they forgot to make me my latte but other than that it was absolutely wonderful.

Tried this restaurant after being in the area and seeing the great reviews. The service was very slow. We had to stand at the counter for several minutes (felt like at least 5) for someone to acknowledge us. Then after waiting a while my food came out incorrectly. I ordered a pesto sandwich and received pulled pork somehow.
The pesto sandwich was loaded with chicken but was sparse on the pesto. Making the sandwich real dry. The bright spot was the potatoes, they were seasoned well and light and crispy. I would also recommend turning down the volume a little bit.

The food here is amazing!!! If you’re craving an amazing breakfast or lunch this is the spot! We had an amazing breakfast experience. I had the elise plate and omg the soyrizo has so much flavor! 10/10 definitely coming back again!!!

PHENOMENAL. Had the avocado toast with an over medium egg and a cappuccino and it was amazing. Husband had the Elise sandwich (the breakfast potatoes are incredible, do NOT sleep on these) and it was great as well. You need to check this place out, I look forward to coming back. The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Bread is homemade and you can taste the real ingredients. Recommend 15/10, will be returning ♥️

This place is amazing. We were in town visiting, and we looked far and wide for a a restaurant that had gluten-free options. This one was absolutely perfect. The food is amazing, fresh, huge portions, well priced, clean, and the service was amazing. It also has a Christian theme to it, which was very cool and made the experience that much more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will likely go back tomorrow morning for breakfast again, it was that good. Do not skip this place if you’re in San Antonio looking for a wonderful breakfast with lots of gluten-free options. God bless this place.
