If I could give this place a negative star I would. Ordered for pick up, order was completely wrong. Food had no taste as well, provided me broken long bread, the list goes on. Definitely do not recommend this place. The other bakery on Jefferson is much better. Called the store and speak to the women nicely, she hung up after I expressed the concerns.

Got two alcapurrias de yuca to go ( because there were none de guineo) they were raw inside and there was wax paper still imbedded, I was on my way back to work so I called and although the person remembered me, not a care worry or apology from the person unfortunately.

Usually, people come here for the pastries. But I realized that they serve lunch and I ordered the Spanish Style Roasted Chicken. It was excellent! Every single bite was heavenly delicious!

Very reasonable priced pastries and baked goods. A few bucks each and are worth the size and taste.

Love it there! We have only had a few things off their menu but so far we have loved them all! Their Cuban grinder is very good, always tastes the same as before. Staff are nice and also some are bilingual in English and Spanish. It doesn’t look like much, but it is very good! Def will be returning there soon 🙂

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I’m not a fan of sweets, so I don’t get much from the bakery, but the food is amazing. Meat plates (chicken, steak, pork, more) with excellent rice & beans, tacos, burritos. You can’t go wrong with the small, simple, yet excellent menu here.

This place has some amazing food… It is Within walking distance to anywhere in downtown New London,CT… Bacon,egg and cheese grinders my favorite From here. The rice and beans are amazing… The lunch specials.
