Don’t understand why Elia Taverna’s service has deteriorated so much. Food is decent, hence the service is absolutely as if they doing you a favor … Hope the management changes this.

If you’re looking for fresh, delicious Greek/Mediterranean cuisine please look no further. From customer service to the tasty dishes, I give them 5 stars. Our waiters, Jose and Gabriel were very attentive to us, refilling our water, giving us extra hot pita slices when we run out. Our party really enjoyed the ambient atmosphere. The grilled fish tasted fresh and delicious. The chicken souvlaki and lamb chops were well seasoned and tasty. And the warm pita bread with olive garlic dip was just the best we ever had. Will be coming back!! Thank you for such a lovely service.

We’ve only had take out so can’t comment on atmosphere – but the food is fantastic. Every time we call they are super friendly and responsive. We love everything we’ve gotten – the dips, salads, spanakopita, and the imam. Portions are extremely generous. We go out of our way to pick it up and it’s always worth it.

We’ve previously ordered takeout from this Greek restaurant and the food was so good we wanted to visit in person. And it did not disappoint. For appetizers, my fiance had the grilled octopus which is so delicious and I had the shrimp in tomato sauce with feta cheese-also really good. As entrees, we had the grilled fish and lamb kebob with lemon potatoes. Everything was really fresh, cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We tried both the white and red sangrias, which were refreshing and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

First thing the tzatziki was store bought the rest of the appetizers were full of oil .

My Greek friend took me to Elia Taverna to celebrate my birthday. Everything was delicious. From fresh salad, lemon soup, the main dish, dessert and coffee. It was delightful experience.

We love to enjoy a great meal with a nice bottle of wine, so we were excited to try after reading reviews. I can’t believe our experience here differed so much from their great reveiws. Possibly an off night in the kitchen, but EVERYTHING across the board was lacking flavor, starting with the tzatziki, which was essentially a plate of yogurt with a literally a few shreds of cucumber. Boyfriend got the octopus appetizer which had a taste of lighter fluid (yikes!) and a seafood platter for dinner. I had a very mediocre Greek salad which was served with what tasted like a splash of vinegar. Had to ask for dressing. $8 charge for grape leaves if you want them. Aren’t they a staple in a Greek salad?? Spanokopita was fine. Far better food and authentic experience at Lefteris.

Ordered 5 entrees with salads. All the salads had hairy mold, fungus like growth. We couldn’t eat the food we ordered imagining how the rest of the food is handled.
