We put on our reservation that it was our 2 year wedding anniversary, hoping someone would say it. Homemade, in-house pasta alert. You have to try the pesto pappardelle. Those noodles are massive and full of character. This place is a true STL staple. It’s got a huge space, great bar, and a long-standing local watering hole that still delivers every time.

I love the wild boar raviolis.The noodles there are not very good though.I found them to be very greasy. The customer service needs work. Drinks aren’t that great.We always get the worst server every single time.So I won’t be coming back.

1111 was a great place for a celebratory dinner. The atmosphere was great with excellent service, amazing food, and wonderful beer & wine options. We both had the specials, but also enjoyed the mussels appetizer. It was amazing and we will go back especially for that! The soup and bread were favorites as well.
We’ve been back to 1111 several different times and have enjoyed it every single time. This time, we had the swordfish and salmon. Both excellent choices with marvelous customer service. Don’t miss the opportunity to eat at this lovely restaurant.

I had heard great things about this spot from a couple coworkers. My family and I stopped in tonight, and it did not disappoint.
Everything from the table focaccia, entrees, and dessert was great! Our server and host were also very friendly and attentive. We had our little boy with us. My husband and I would love to come back for date night. Thank you!

Waited over an hour and 15 mins and still did not receive our dinner. People who got seated AFTER us had already eaten their entire meal, and after 68 mins we still did not have our dinner. We were told it would be at least another 10+ more minutes for ours. Do not recommend.
Update – Thank you for reviewing the timeline. While I understand the sequence you outlined, our concern remains that after 68 minutes we still had not received our entrées. What was especially frustrating was that another table was seated after us were already served and finished with their dinners while we were still waiting.
We did have an event to attend, which is why we ultimately chose to close out. We expect reasonable pacing and consistency in service, and that simply wasn’t our experience that evening. In the future, we will certainly communicate any time constraints upfront, but we also trust that guests will be served in a timely and equitable manner.

I’ve been seeing people rave about this place for years, we finally tried it. It was all good. Service started off great. Then ended with us waiting too long for the bill with empty plates covering our 2-top. We would go back.
