We come here all the time, never felt the need to write a review, but after this evening, I feel it necessary to convey the issues we had.We ordered food for 4 different people and we received food for 3 people which came out fairly fast.
Then, we were left at the table with no napkins and one person missing food, nobody came back to check on us about the missing food. It wasn’t until I had to go get a manager and bring him over to show him that we were missing the food, ironically he really didn’t seem to put much care into the fact that we were missing food either infact he said he wasnt surprised. Her food finally came out and it was in a to-go container….. we were all still at the table. The bartender who was also our waiter has zero attention to detail. The people next to us had bacon come out almost raw and tried to send it back, the food runner barely spoke English and didnt see to see the urgency in it, eventually they took the bacon back and brought out new bacon cooked just as raw as the first order.

The meal I ate was unimpressive. It was the Asian chicken taco. The flavor was not there and neither was the meat. I may have gotten one long chicken tender worth of meat. The price was $18.00 plus tax. I know it’s a ski-resort, but I would have thought there would have been some ambiance. The waitresses weren’t rude, but they don’t greet you. At least, not me. It took her a long time to get to this one-patron order. Then I watched her quickly tend to a table of six.

Food here is gross wait and eat on town got the mountain burger for 18 bucks it was literally lick a small child’s burger at list places the quesadilla was taci meant and cheese my kids had pasta with red sauce and nuggets was 100 buck and a keal from Macdonalda would have been better for 20 highly recommend you do not eat here

Food was absolutely terrible/ slow service too !!and expensive! Kids meals are $11 .Place was slammed . Our order some how got lost ; but yet our food came out cold ??? They did take off half our check . We will never be back . It’s disappointing that a place with such wonderful skiing isn’t working on having wonderful food too:)
So glad we stayed in Harrisonburg for the amazing local restaurants after a fun day of skiing !

If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time getting a season pass, & going to elevations lounge yesterday.. I was there aaalll day and heard great things about the lounge and their drinks, went in, asked if I can get a spiked hot coco for the moment and the waitress (I think Caitlyn, or Carissa, idk) told me I was only allowed to order food and I asked what their smallest item was and she said “how is that fair to me? I only make $2 an hour”, she suggested to just go to the cafeteria downstairs and when I started to ask if I can still get a spiked hot chocolate she walked away. so I walked out with no food or drink. It made me feel as though she thought I wouldn’t tip? Or order more? And mind you, I was waiting for a larger group of friends to come in.
