This is the best beer company on planet Earth. Period. Love what they do on all levels. Best barrel aged beer craft ever. Great bet with everything else from Kolsch to Porter. Go now.

Absolutely excellent beer! Great indoor and outdoor space, very friendly staff. We tried all of the stouts and the barrel aged. My favorites were the Senorita Mexican Stout and Oil man. Loved those so much we bought cans to go. The great thing about these barrel aged brews (all of them) was the whiskey infusion from the barrels was not so overwhelming that it hid the original beer flavor.

Out of all the breweries I stopped at between Colorado Springs and around Salida this is the best brewery I found on my trip. The quality of beer here is their selling point. The Pilsner was the best I’ve ever had and First Cast is a solid IPA.

Outstanding beer selection (for purchase too so you can pop a cold one after a long hike) and spacious airy atmosphere outside and inside. Food truck addition is an excellent touch.

Not the most attractive of buildings on the outside but nice decor inside. The beer and the service were wonderful as well. Nice outdoor seating area with service to Sonny’s food truck, which offers amazing brisket nachos!

My husband and I stopped in on our way to Denver this past weekend (3/4/2023) and had a wonderful time. We met the owner, Christian Koch, and he made us feel very welcome. We had our 10 month old son and from the moment we walked in knew this was the place for our family. On our next trip through the area we will for sure stop back by as this is a brewery that is very family friendly. Thanks again for the awesome experience. Cheers!

Perfection achieved!!! We were driving from Denver to Santa Fe and took the scenic route. The beers brewed in Belgian style were as good as what we enjoyed in Brussels. And the Slopper and Falafel from the food truck were incredibly delicious! We are already planning a return trip.
