If you visit Angel Fire, don’t miss out on dining at Elements. The vibe was great, true country club. Cozy and inviting! We sat in the bar area and our waiter, Steven, was the best. He even topped off my hot chocolate for me and was very attentive. One of the best waiters we’ve had. They also had Ry Taylor perform; he had a gorgeous voice. We got the chicken pot pie, balsamic crispy brussel sprouts and the pork chop. The pork chop was so juicy and tender, it tasted like steak! Definitely 5/5 stars.

My wife and I had dinner there tonight and we both said that the loaded baked potato was the best potato we’ve ever had! They make it with a Monterey Jack cheese sauce that is to die for! My wife had the filet and I had the salmon and both were excellent! Although it’s not an inexpensive place, we thought it was well worth it for a splurge dinner. We finished off with the chocolate chip skillet cookie sundae, which was also excellent!

Went to Elements for dinner during our trip this weekend and I’m so glad we did. Nick was a great server and took great care of us. The food was outstanding, the cocktails were top notch, and the view from the dining room is incredible. We got to enjoy the sunset and see quite a few deer wandering. Absolutely will be returning.

On our last night boarding in Angel Fire, we decided to try Elements. Out of every restaurant we’ve been to, Bill, our server, was by far the best. In fact, not only was he the best server, he made a lasting impression on all 5 of us. It truly made up for our other restaurant experiences at the resort.
Not only that, but the food was awesome. I wish we would’ve got more pictures but everyone loved their steaks, salads, and I had the meatloaf, which was 1 of the specials that evening. I highly recommend it here if you’re able to check it out!

The food at Elements is amazing! We ordered the filet mignon with the baked potato and asparagus and I can say it’s one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! The crispy Brussels sprouts didn’t disappoint either! Cookie pizza for dessert to finish off this incredible meal!! Don’t come to Angel Fire without coming to Elements!
