We were blown away with the service, the food and the fab deserts! Matt and AJ were our service team and they went way out of their way to make sure all was perfect. Wine selection was suppuration and we could not be more pleased. In fact we were so happy, we made reservations on August 25 for the same delight!

$20 burgers, $20 salads made with iceberg lettuce, $40 salmon, $60+ steaks and seafood — all that are made with the same ingredients that other low standard restaurants in town use. The food is just not good. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn’t know good food.

Good restaurant considering you are in a small town. The flavor on the lamb rack was good but the lamb had too much fat in the cut. The price is on the high side but again as expected in ski town. Service is attentive. Wish they open every night. (Only wed to sun)

Great fine dining in angel Fire. Halibut was excellent as was the fish and chips. House wines were excellent. Nice option for AF. Our server was attentive and helpful

We ordered scallops that were cold, and a filet that was so bland.

Food and drinks are good, service is slow and has no GAS. Plenty of servers around, but 40 minutes to get the first beverage…? They could’ve made a lot more money off of us, but couldn’t get a drink or food out in under 20 minutes. Top down issue.

With a reservation, seating was quick and easy. However, the experience our group had after being seated was considerably lower than our expectations. Nearly solid uncooked baked potato, and a very rare pork chop that was supposed to be medium. Our food wasn’t served until just 2 hours after being seated, total of 3 plus hours at the table and back to the car. This place seemed to have very good potential to be great, but the service and food presentation timeliness needed some work.

Excellent food and drinks. Great to see restaurant open again. Live piano music was wonderful. Service was a little slow in dining room, probably because of some large parties. We heard from neighbors that the bar was quicker, so we will try that next time.

Elements is located at the Angel Fire Country Club and has a country club feel to it. You can choose to eat in the dining room, the lounge or the patio. We chose to enjoy the patio because it was a very pleasant evening. The view from the patio is of Mt. Wheeler, New Mexicos highest peak, so it is a great place to enjoy the sunset with a couple of drinks and your dinner.
