Jay was our waitress, she was amazing and very attentive. Our food was excellent, the burger and chicken sandwich’s are good choices. Our daughter had a cheesecake for her birthday and I would highly recommend you take a bite! lol

Shockingly bad food. I ordered the margherita pizza and it had about 3/4 in of cheese on a 1/8 in crust and so soggy. I wasn’t expecting much and I’m easy to please when I’m hungry and stuck in my hotel room for work, but I felt that I had to warn others.
The server was nice.

Came here to try restaurant week. Free valet a huge plus. Valet not knowing that Elements was a restaurant here a was very confusing. Host was very accommodating to me and my service dog. Food was amazing. Salmon carpaccio a top fave. Also had charcuterie, bacon wrapped meatloaf and short rib. Both deserts were incredible. Views nice. It was busy and servers changed frequently. Empty glasses most of dinner. Like other reviews, service is not their strong point. Lot of attention going to the free hotel sponsored happy hour, not so much to the paying patrons. Was worth the try for restaurant week.

Decided to try the elements hotel as we were staying in the Embassy hotel which it is located inside of. Ordered to go from the bar. Service was quick and easy and the bartender was pleasant. Not too long of a wait for the food. Tried the lamb birria tacos as well as the truffle fries. The tacos were surprisingly good, taste really good when dipped in the consume and with a little bit of the spicy salsa. The fries were good, but barely could be called truffle fries. As far as hotel food goes, it came out better than expected, but it definitely retains that hotel price as it is noticeably pricier than similar options you would find nearby.

Bartenders (2) serving drinks and food to a restaurant full of people, very under staffed. Food was terrible. $34 ribeye supposed to be mid-rare came out well done, maybe mid well (an hour later). Turkey club was a sad sandwich with lunch meat cuts.

Don’t eat here, plenty of places nearby. Gave it a chance because of convenience. Never again.

We had arrived earlier that day to the Embassy Suites downtown which this restaurant is in on the 4th floor. Our server, Kileigh was very friendly and efficient. The menu is uninspired and it was very empty, however it was a good choice for being later and just having arrived.
My bride had Striped Bass which she found to be delicious – it was also presented very nicely. I had the Korean beef tacos which were mostly flavorless but an ample portion. We did not have cocktails on this evening but did on subsequent evenings and they were fine. Once again, I would not enter hotel to just go here but when staying it’s a hassle free choice that will be suitable.

Unfortunately had a pretty poor experience. $30 steak plate was awful, there was no excuse for how terrible it was. Dad is a butcher and the meat served should have been disposed of.. I understand the price is higher due to inflation but this is not the case. The meat was badly chosen, burnt, yet raw in places with LOTS of fat. I am assuming it was close to expiration or frozen for awhile.. there was an odor that I could clearly recognize. Very thin meat, fries burnt, very overpriced. The steak should have been far better quality for the price and in general. The margarita pizza was OK, the price was fine and acceptable for the portion. My only complaint was very soggy in certain parts of the pizza. The service was alright, serving is a hard job! However I was able to hear them complaining about orders and customers that were leaving, so pretty awkward. I was still as polite as I could be and cleaned up after myself and table. I just wouldn’t recommend. There is tons of potential!

Worst behavior I’ve ever seen took 2 hours to get a salad with chicken and the chicken came out grey on the inside ,then the manager tried to place blame on the waiter who was working solo , Took 45 mins to get a simple dr pepper and 60 mins to get a glass of water ….. worst decision possible.

We ordered 4 items for room service. 2 items were tolerable, the others we didn’t even eat more than 1 or 2 bites. We also both got sick after eating. I did call about the one item and they comped it which was nice.
