I came in and ordered a chicken burrito (no beans) for lunch. Halfway through eating it, I noticed there was a hair in the food.
Requested a refund and they stated that they did not do refunds. I asked “even if it’s your hair in the food?” And they stated that the system doesn’t allow it, which I don’t buy.
They then offered to remake it even though “We normally don’t do this,” as if I should be grateful that they are correcting a problem they made. It was remade incorrectly, so I just threw it in the trash.
I won’t make the mistake of eating here again.

Came here today for lunch. Paid $11.55 for 2 of the blandest beef tacos I’ve ever had. He told me it was 3. Got home and only 2 in the box. I was the only customer so no way he didn’t know he only gave me 2. As you can see in the picture, it’s mostly lettuce! No worries I’ll never eat here again. Couldn’t even eat the 2 I got. Don’t waste your money.

Most authentic place to get mexican food above the border. Has a huge variety of authentic and tasty dishes! Always made to order. If you are close, this place is worth it!

Delicious and authentic tamales cooked (steamed, I think) in corn husks. When I complimented the people at the counter on their tamales, they told me they come in at 6:30am to start making them because they take several hours to prepare. They made fresh guacamole for us. Everything was excellent.

Very surprised by how good this place was. The cilantro looked and tasted like they just plucked it off and made my plate. The beans are a disappointment. I think they could just use whole black or pintos instead. The shrimp tacos are my favorite.

My husband and I went there today for the very first time and we were extremely DISAPPOINTED. Not only the tacos were pricey but they hardly had any meat in it. We also ordered a Pambazo and it was just the bread with no meat in it and it supposed to had chorizo which it sure didn’t. I wanted to go because the Hispanic radio station which is called “La Jefa” was there when they first opened and apparently they were saying that it was extremely great but I see that they were completely wrong. They service was awful as well as the food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!

If you really really have to have tacos, the place is ok. But it isn’t great.
The meat quality wasn’t the best, and the tortillas were overcooked to the point of being crispy. They had a new person, which would explain the latter, but I only ate half of my carnitas taco, and had to pull several pieces off the pastor. I’m pretty sure they are using “utility” grade meat for their tacos.
It solves the issue of wanting to eat something after some shopping, but I would not say their tacos are something I’d recommend. We didn’t have anything but tacos, so maybe there are other better options on the menu.
