Sadly were not as happy as we had expected to be considering other reviews. Service was fair. Food portions were very small considering price and did not all come out as ordered. Flavor was not there. Atmosphere was too loud. Second visit: birria tacos….soggy, lacking flavor, and devoid of cheese. Still too loud.

They have been open for 3 weeks and do not have a liquor license. Complimentary chips and salsa was ok…salsa watery and bland. It tasted like canned, crushed tomatoes with a little cilantro. Salt helped immensely!

I stopped in here to get lunch one day by chance, I could tell by the wait that it must be pretty good because it was a cute little hole in the wall. I ordered two tamales and some chocolate cake. The tamales may have been the best tamales I’ve ever had in my life, The chocolate cake was definitely not what I thought it would be, and it definitely did not hit the spot. She did tell me it wasn’t homemade and that the tres leches is what I should have gone with because that was homemade. I gave four stars for everything because the food took about 10 minutes longer than I was told, the cake was not good at all, and the bathroom was not kept up to what I believe are restaurant standards. I most definitely will be going back for those tamales and try some other things on the menu definitely worth the visit.

Been looking to find the best Mexican restaurant around ever since moving here a couple months ago. Sad to say, this isn’t it. Appears that it has only recently opened and they did not even have margaritas yet. Not sure if it is “authentic” but the steak and chicken fajita was nearly flavorless. The steak and chicken taste just about the same and I couldn’t chew a lot of the beef.
