Pupusas were excellent. Kids enjoyed the tacos too. Enchiladas not spicy. The guacamole was surprisingly underseasoned but the chips were fresh and crispy. We added salt and fared well. The atmosphere is more of an adult atmosphere– full bar, sports, pool tables, etc. You can tell it’s for nightlife. But for lunch it was fine w kids. All of us were amazingly full esp for the price. Worth a stop.

I ordered 2 mixed drinks and it was 56$ before tax and tip. 2 baleadas 2 waters and 2 mixed drinks was 120$ or the door. Blew my mind. We also sat for 30 minutes waiting on our check before I had to go find the server that was sitting at the bar to get the check.

Servers had a lot of attitude. The food was mediocre. Had burritos and chimichangas that were meh and remarkably expensive. Waitress screwed up our bill and overcharged. Noticed the next day that credit card payment was double the check. Margarita was insanely overpriced.

UPDATE: Renovations have made it look much better and the food and service are still outstanding. The place looks a little worn but the food is OUTSTANDING and the service is excellent! The staff treat us like family and, seriously, the food is OUTSTANDING! Atmosphere and karaoke nights are really fun.

Let me start with, they have great pupusas. It’s really the only reason I eat here. Second, the restaurant is labeled as a “family restaurant” but it feels far from that. The waitresses flirt with customers and drink with them. One of the waitresses kept saying how tipsy she was. Very inappropriate way to be at work and in front of customers. Third, every time I have eaten here it’s always full of men. I felt really out of place with my 2 kids. If I decide to eat here again in the future I’ll be placing a to-go order.
