terrible service. the ice cream is really good it makes me crave it, but i DREAD having to interact with those girls. they’re rude, they don’t acknowledge you and take their sweet time serving you while they chat it up with each other. there’s been times they whisper towards each other and laugh then to turn around and be shitty towards you. it’s not a nice feeling! I’ve gone a couple times because of the product but today was the last straw. the girl that gave me service was thankfully not one of the rude ones but the one that rung me out has always been rude. i asked her for a cup holder as she was putting the money in the register and i was putting the cups on it. she passed me my change, i said thanks and she walked into the kitchen. i held the cup holder the whole ride home so i didn’t check my change and when i got home that’s when i saw she gave me 8 cents back. my order was $32.46. she didn’t give me a receipt and i didn’t ask because ive never needed it but this is just ridiculous! i’ve always treated them nicely in hopes they’ll have a better attitude because you can feel their bad energy, but it’s always the same. who’s your manager? do something about their customer service or get new employees.

Stopped here after the park and walked in and the music was blasting. I’m not sure if the door even dingged when it opened. We waited at the counter for service for several minutes before being helped. And you can see the ladies in the back talking. I didn’t order nothing but my wife got a banana split. She said it was decent.

Small little family owned business and homemade ice cream. Super delicious and great variety of ice creams of different flavors like Almond Joy, Ferrero Rocher, Mazapan, Gansito & Others.
Also a good variety of food options like Elotes & nachos, chilindrinas

I went on my own last week and was treated somewhat rudely by the staff but I chalked it up to them probably being tired. My girlfriend and I went earlier this week and we were never acknowledged when we entered. We stood around for several minutes while the staff talked. The music was loud and obnoxious and they even turned it up more while we waited. They eventually took our orders but they were not in the least bit friendly or courteous. We will NOT return nor will we recommend this place to any friends or family.

Their fresas con crema has gone up so much. I used to pay maybe like $8, and recently I paid $10 for a cup!! Other places like Tepalca has them for $5.99.

The music was so loud! I heard myself having to yell my order. I asked for fresas con crema and granola, I got fresas con crema with pecans. I was not surprised she didn’t get it right since they were jamming and dancing to the loud music. The fresas con crema where more like 4 strawberries I had to dig for in a runny milk soup $8. My daughter ordered some Nachos that we’re so bland upon looking just a blob of cheese on a small bag of Doritos $8. I also ordered a mango shake $6-8 dollars total for everything $23. I’m not returning again. I’m happy to support Local but sometimes bad service and high prices drive people away. Some of these high school kids running local shops need adult supervision.

The ice cream was just ok, nothing special. Be careful though, the pricing for the Paletas on the board is wrong. We were charged $26 for 10 vs the advertised 10 for $18.
When we asked to match what the board had, we were told that the prices had changed a while ago and they just didn’t get around to changing the board. After going back and forth we just asked for a refund. They refunded everything but the 4% for using a card. Not going back there again!

I absolutely LOVE the mangonadas! Delicious! Its perfect for a little snack if the craving should arise. It’s clean and sanitized regularly. Employees change their gloves when handling money and get a new pair when handling food.. that’s something I haven’t seen at other restaurants, stores..etc.
