These tacos are it! Today is the second time I visit El Trompo and omg these tacos are amazing, I felt like if I was in Mexico, the tortillas are freshly made right there, meat is tender and well seasoned, the salsas are sooo delicious, the place is so clean. I’ve been searching for tacos like this for years in Orange County and I finally found them, I feel the luckiest lol. I totally recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

I see all the 5 star reviews. Honestly I disagree however not for bad reasons bc the food here is AMAZING! Its just the location and hours. First off its a pretty small place and its also only open from like 6pm-3am which kinda sucks. However the inside feels welcoming and def nice and authentic. It sucks that the restaurant is in park circle bc its hard to find a parking spot sometimes. Luckily i love close by. Also park circle its self is just crappy

They brought back the hand making tortillas that make you feel like your grandma just made them ! Delicious different style of meats including the al Pastor with rotating Trompo styled Mexican street tacos and perfect for a late night tacos in Middletown NY personally had 8 and well worth it !

$9 for 2 tacos, thought they were gonna be big (bigger than regular small corn tortillas ) or something, they’re regular size and the corn ones are single tortilla
Ordered birria and the meat was dried; and pastor, and there were a lot of hard pieces of meat, like when you leave the meat on the grill with oil for a long time , I already feel sick
