The food was good but be careful buying drinks. They served us margaritas in a 21 Oz glass and charged us for a 32oz. We brought it up to the waitress and they would not change the price.

This is a great little Mexican restaurant with homemade tasting food. We love the tacos and they give you a lot of meat taco Tuesday is a great time to go tacos are around $1.75 enchiladas are great so is there nachos, chips and queso and they bring you three kinds of salsa. Their tortillas are homemade and they have delicious sweet tea. The service is always good.

Love this place! Been coming a while now since it opened. Service is always top tier! The servers are so sweet and do a great job taking care of tables even if it’s not their table they will check on you! The manager/owner? is usually here and checking on tables and he’s nice and smiling and offering help to the staff. Haltom really needed a place like this to show them how it’s done! ✅
Food is fresh and perfect every time. I recommend the beef fajita plate #2, or chicken/beef #1. Love the flour tortillas too. The charro beans are the best in DFW that comes to mind. Yum! Skip the refried and get the charro! I’ve also had the caldo de res, huge portion and tastes great not too salty like some places. Salsas are delicious! One red is mild and the other red is HOT! Sweet tea always tastes great and never has that funky taste from dirty tea dishes. Amen for that! Kids usually get quesadillas, enchiladas, or tacos and they love them.
*Only thing I would suggest to the kitchen is-put hot food on hot plates. When it’s on cold plates it gets cold quick especially in the winter time since it’s chilly in here.

If you’re considering eating here…… do yourself a favor and DONT. This is the worst mexican food I have ever had in my life and it’s not even close. The queso had 0 flavor. I ordered the nachos and the chips came out burnt and the chicken on top was dry and flavorless. I took 2 bites and had enough. The waitress came by and realized I hadnt eaten my food and asked if I would like something else. I told her no thank you and didnt get a visit from a manager and was handed a bill at full price. You couldn’t pay me to go back and eat at this place.

Went on lunch. However, they don’t have a lunch menu! lol! Ordered the create your own. I chose- beef enchilada- chicken sour cream enchilada- beef taco. It came with rice & beans.
The crunchy beef taco was probably the best I ever had! The beef enchilada was good & had a little kick. Chicken enchilada was okay. This place has at least 1o to 12 tvs! Both salsas were spicy but good.
Thus is authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend.

The lunch options were excellent. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the chips and salsa were also fresh and delicious. Our server was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this establishment.

So we normally like going to this place and I was debating about leaving a review. But when we used to come here food was always good they seemed to be busier and people were nicer. I was very dissapointed with the food this time. I ended up picking the pick three I got a chicken flauta beet tostada and a cheese enchilada. First off the plate didn’t come out with rice and beans when I asked the server she said no but I can get u some. In the menu it does say comes with two sides included but I just let it go and ordered a side of beans with it. The chicken flauta has zero flavor just dried chicken in a deep fried tortilla wasent served with sour cream or anything and the tostada was horrible it’s like the didn’t even fry the corn tortilla it was literally soggy and felt like they just pulled it from the package. My son had the pancakes and bacon. Pancakes were very thin and they didn’t have syrup. Server didn’t let us know until after the food came out. I don’t know if we will be back. It is a bummer considering yall are so close to us and used to be one of our favorite spots
