I have mixed feelings about this place. Don’t get me wrong the food was delicious, great food and such a huge variety to choose from. Its not just sushi, they have fried rice, and steak as well as traditional sushi and Mexican style “sushi”. I loved the fried avocado . I would definitely recommend trying this as an appetizer to share or as a meal, its huge. Very tasty and so many textures that make it incredible. All the food was amazing, shout out to whoever prepared our meals. My drink was so appealing to the eye. I have to say be careful with that first drink amd mix before drinking. I didnt mix and my first sip was straight alcohol and I decided I was not an Aztec empress ( name of the drink). After mixing it was delicious. The service was the best. Their girls at this location were on it, checked on their customers, we loved it. great job to the staff, thank you for making our time enjoyable. I gave 3 stars because of the small the space is between tables, and how hot it is. The tables were too small that our plates and drinks barely fit and we felt like we have to keep moving stuff around. My plate was sitting diagonally in front of me because that’s the only way it fit. The air was so stagnant even with a couple fans going. It was so hot in there that it was uncomfortable. We had a great time though but we probably won’t be returning to this location just because of the heat, hopefully they fix it. Who knows I might just for the amazing service we received. Thanks to the staff, here’s a shout out to you for doing a great job. Hopefully they get those AC’S blasting for you so you can work in comfort and your patrons can enjoy in comfort.

So yesterday I ordered a Crunchyroll with no cucumber. Online their website says it is $13.50 when I went into the restaurant to order because you can’t order online and they’ve never answered the phone I get the bill and it’s 17.21. The price they charge me was a couple dollars more than the listed price on the menu. I gave the person at the register a 20 expecting $2.79 in change. She was gone for several minutes and came back with five1 dollar bills. I thought well I’m hot. I’m tired. I’m hungry. I’m not gonna mess with it so I went ahead and took the five $1 bills and gave her a dollar back for a tip. She folded it and put it in her pocket. Well, I’m waiting for my role and I noticed the manager is over talking to the sushi chef And while talking to him, he takes his bare hand and grab some food from the preparation station and proceeds to eat it while he’s talking to the cook. So I’m kind of grossed out because I just saw him handling all those tablets that the waitresses use and I know those are probably really nasty and I’m pretty sure he didn’t wash his hands cause he stayed in my eyesight. So anyway, I went ahead, took the role went home. Loved it. Thought you know what I’m gonna have one again before I leave out of town I go to the restaurant again. I order the same sushi she roll again. I’m charged 17.21 Which is again a couple dollars higher than posted on the website so I decide to ask about it. She tells me oh those are old prices. dishonest like a bait and switch when you post one price and then charge people a different price sounds pretty illegal but anyway aside from that so I’m waiting for my role and I get home open up the container and only two of the pieces have avocado and it’s a very teeny tiny sliver so not only the food inconsistent. The manager does not wash his hands and eats food from the sushi preparation table, which is really nasty but they are also posting one price and charging something quite a bit different oh and kicker is this time she came back with five1 dollar bills just like yesterday except this time she took some of the money back, folded it up and put it in her apron so she essentially gave herself a tip so that was really weird so I don’t think I will be back there ever again and it’s too bad because the food that I had was tasty, even though it wasn’t prepared as per the menu, but just some really shady stuff going on in that store. And there’s no corporate office to complain to, but I will definitely be contacting the people that do restaurant inspections for sure. Wanted to love it, but too many red flags

I literally paid for staff to eat my food because the last time I got tempura salmon with their offer of shrimp tempura or salmon and the manager didn’t want to fix the order so I politely offered for them to enjoy my food at my cost lol. I went in an ordered same as last time under their cooked not raw menu, and last time I asked is the salmon tempura too the waitress checked with the chef he said yes. So I ordered again same thing. Before eating it cause they brought it raw. I said I ordered tempura the waitress said oh it’s raw I said do you remember us from last time and what I ordered she said yes, so I reordered and was going to pay for both but she continued giving me a hard time when I literally offered for them to enjoy it. She says let me talk to my manager, and see if he will take it off. He says no and she comes back at that point I was done and said you can cancel another order and enjoy the sushi, after I explained to the manager kindly and he was rude, and wanted to argue. So I politely offered for him to enjoy my sushi, in the end without telling me they took it off the bill I still paid for my daughter to eat. Such a lack of respect for the reason friends n fam go out to eat especially when the customer is the one being so nice to you.

Had high hopes. Food was pretty tasty. Having worked in the food service industry, I know it’s usually best policy to let a large table know or to ask about split checks. We were told at the end that it could only be split 3 ways. Ok, doable. Then the lead/Mgr came over to talk to us like children about how to number our orders 1,2,3 in the MOST CONDESCENDING way. All of us were disgusted . It wasn’t our servers fault, he was kind of stuck in the middle. He could’ve talked about split checks sooner. But the kindergarten lecture had all 15 of us not wanting to come back. Not to mention the cramped space and how hot and uncomfortable it was. I was almost pinned against the wall. Such a bummer

First time coming here and we were very happy. I got the Milena roll and my husband got the psycho. We also had shrimp tacos and the gyozas. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. It was not busy when we came so our order was quick and our server was very helpful and polite. We will definitely be coming back

Went in with my with sister for lunch. My sister’s order came out and was told she ordered two of the sliders which she did not. The waiter proceeded to go back and forth about her ordering 2 of the sliders which made us really uncomfortable because he was really rude. The waiter finally decided to take the second order back and then went on to discuss and complain about my sister to his manager right next to us. It was terrible. Why not discuss that behind doors? After that our waiter never came back and we had to ask someone else to get our bill. Not to mention that the sushi rolls are so small and you literally pay 2 dollars for every sauce you order on the side. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. You’re better off going somewhere else for sushi
