The lone ding is that they did get my name wrong in my order, which was kind of a bummer and kind of eye popping given it was an online order. The server didn’t seem really interested in helping, but I can understand that.
But I’m too fat to be eating basically good Mexican food. I need amazing, slap yo mama good food. This was not that. Just mid food.
So! If you’re looking for a basic Mexican experience, try the fajitas. They don’t even come out on a sizzling plate.
I ordered the birria tacos, which I always hesitate to order, because not a lot of places know how to keep them from getting too greasy. These were PERFECT. Amazingly crisp even after being packed up for delivery, and the beef and consumé were seasoned beautifully. You can taste the chilis in both, big depth of flavor. And no greasy mess like some of the “popular” spots in Baltimore.
The chips were super fresh, and perfectly crisp, could use some salt. The guacamole was perfect, very obviously made fresh daily and the flavor was spot on. The churros were great, crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, perfect amount of sugar on the outside. AND THE SALSA actually SPICY not just white people spicy, and the flavor was phenomenal.
I will definitely be dining in ASAP to see if the atmosphere matches the food, hats off to the kitchen for taking their time to perfect their menu. I expect to see this place in newspapers and magazines very soon.
Got 2 things and spent $45.
For this price food could be better. Just trying this place out, definitely prefer other taco places.
I order tacos al pastor and got something like tacos from taco bell with corn tortilla.
Fiesta Mexican is deff better. I bet sad, I waited patiently for this place to open.
Meat and rice lacks season and texture.
