Polo, the cook and server, was beyond phenomenal in his ability to help provide amazing menu options! This was my first time and his recommentions for everyone in my group ultimately pleased everyone, including myself.

I can highly recommend the cabeza tacos as well as the pastor tacos. Also, the chicken quesadilla was the best I’ve had in a long time. Lastly but not least, the SANGRIA is OUT OF THIS WORLD in terms of how delicious it is as a refreshing drink.

If you are lucky enough to be in the right time and place to order here, you are in luck. You will not go wrong in your choice, and if in doubt for your order, ask Polo!

Caution. Not the family restaurant it used to be. No parking available, very dark and loud for breakfast- like a dive bar. Not a good vibe. Ran out of menudo on Sunday! Never had that happen in the 40 years I’ve been coming here. Hopefully they can stay open, best menudo spot around- if the don’t run out

Super disappointed in today’s experience. The atmosphere has changed. This is no longer a family restaurant. This time of day (noon) on Sunday aka (working girls) roaming the dinning area. Menudo was still good and the servers just trying to make the best out of their new work environment. I will be ordering to go from now on.

I was literally born here. LOL.

This place has been our families favorite since i was 5 years old! I remember my dad always wakings us up early in the morning ( 6 am) with his pot and would take us here to get our menudo!. Their menudo has been passed on from our family to our neices and friends!!.

Their food is amazing! their Micheladas are delicious!

and the best part is, their genuine warmth to their customers is the cherry on top!
