I love this place. I get excited everytime I see the little red trailer parked in Boone. The Diablo with Carnitas is my go to, but your really can’t go wrong.
Besides the awesome food, they are honest people too. My faith in humanity was restore this week when I accidentally left my wallet on their picnic table. Someone turned it in and they held it for me to pick up. Not only did I get my wallet back, but every cent was still in it. Thank you so very much.

Really good! Probably some of the best, most authentic Mexican food around here. Not only is the food great, it’s a taco truck so it scores even more points with the cool factor. The prices are not bad at all and you can just grab something quick and inexpensive for lunch or, spend more and take home a lot of food for dinner. Honestly for the same amount of money you’ll spend at a burger joint, you can actually have some really good food here.

I live in Asheville. The tacos here are amazing. I think they are the best authentic tacos in western NC!!!! Love this place & the service is so much friendly than some taco trucks I have visited. I have to eat here every time I’m in the area!

Wow! I’m fairly confident that the carnitas burrito I just ate was the best burrito I’ve ever had. The location of this food truck seems to be different than what’s listed here, but it’s worth tracking down. The tortas also looked amazing. I’ll have to come back and try one.

Pretty okay. If you’re looking for authentic tacos, this is the place. If you’re looking for good portions and filling food, maybe look elsewhere. The tacos are small and have no toppings. Pretty much just meat and cilantro.

Excellent food, never had anything bad here. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is every time I try to call in lunch here, he doesn’t answer phone. Plus when I ask for extra cheese I never get it. But the food is so good I never complain about it. I just wish he would open a little sooner and answer his phone!
