HIDDEN GEM!!
This restaurant offers a truly authentic Mexican food experience. The food is authentic, the service is exceptional (the cook even brought us birria tacos to try), and the atmosphere feels like a little slice of Mexico.
The rice could use a bit more flavor, but overall, it’s a 10/10; I’d definitely return again.
In my opinion, their enchiladas are the best in town. Oh, and the birria, delicious, consomé and all!

OH. MY. WORD. The FOOD!! I had the Birria tacos. SO GOOD and filling. I got a plate of 4 tacos for 10 which is a super reasonable price. The food was delicious.The owner was the SWEETEST man. He even brought my order to me. I loved my experience and if I am ever back in this area I would make stopping at this food truck a MUST. I’m already planning on going back for dinner. Super delicious and filling and very reasonable pricing. 100/100 recommend! Didn’t take a picture because I was to busy enjoying my food. Lol

Decided to try this truck out for the first time. Man have I been missing out. Probably in my top 3 spots in the country now. Adobada was on point, birria was delicious and the asada is hands down the best I’ve had since leaving San Diego. Also they make the only authentic California burrito I’ve found in Washingron state. Did I mention that the tortillas are all hand made? And that they have different flavored tortillas? Even a strawberry one? Tons of other stuff on the menu other then your regular taco truck wares. Can’t wait to go back and try one of them out. Service was quick and courteous. Very clean cooking area with windows that allow you to watch every step in the birth of your perfect taco. If you haven’t made the trek down to Union Gap to try these guys then you better get on it like yesterday. Your stomach will thank you. Might even give you a handy

The burrito was just gross . No rice or beans in it just full of meat and cheese. The lime was dry as hell and the food overall was just not great . One red salsa that had no spice or flavor. Waste of $17

Tacolor is a hidden gem. If you’d like to have an excellent Mexican street food you must stop here. Quesadillas are crunchy and the salsa is HOT!!! Love this place!

Dios mio! Me enamore. Esos tacos fueron hecho con amor! The tortillas were on point. The green sauce wasn’t overly spicy either. I ordered jamica and it was amazing n Fresh too!
