I dined in. The food is over-salted and juices over-sweetened. Diabetes and High-blood presure in one visit! The tapas were soft and tasty and I don’t usually like tapas. But any credit i could give the cook is over-shadowed by the service. Servers/cashiers gets the job done with passive overbearance of your existence. Not only that but were rude to boot if you divert them from the everyday expectancy of the monotonous work. If you ask what they put in the broth, you’ll get an irritated and dismissive, “I don’t know, that’s up to the cook.” If you, ask where an item is in your dish, they’ll help you find it but then give you a snide rebuke like, “You should check first before you ask.” as they walk away. The worst shock came when, could the servers call take-out customers up to the register to pay “child” or rather, “Hey little boy! Or, “Hey little girl! I thought I’d imagined it. The audacity and disrespect seemed way out of place for a restaurant based on customer service and satisfaction. When the server called me up to the register, “Ei Niña!” I looked around for a little girl or girl with parents. Not me, I thought. I’m almost 40yrs old. I just shrugged it off thinking they would bring me the check soon. Then it dawned on me that 5 mins earlier they had called out, “Niño!” and a man in his 20’s begrudgingly got up to the register. I didn’t think she had meant him. Obviously not. I thought the sever was looking for a little boy somewhere. It took me too long to figure it out. Or maybe i didn’t want to believe any employees could openly sabotage a restaurant businesses chances of clientele. I guess that’s why no one else was dumb enough to dine-in like me.
The place plays latin music so loud there’s no respite to be found here. They have no beer because they lost their license to serve it, but still have a beer advertisement picture framed on the wall by the bar. The ladies restroom door never gets cleaned and you can see the black smears of greasy dirt over time. Place (tables/chairs) seemed clean. Other dishes might be better but iI don’t need to deal with toxic people. This place has potential. With a little less salt & sugar to over-mask the great flavor and style, low volume, updated cleaning staff guidelines and new industry experienced servers, this restaurant would be a winner.

We came in at least 2:30 on a Tuesday so were the only customers there. The food was amazing and very reasonable priced for the portion. Service was a little slow and there was a bit of a language barrier. I don’t think I would make a special trip to come back but I would go again if I was in the area.

I don’t think they understand English at all here, because I had to point on the menu what I wanted. I get it’s a Mexican restaurant but at least understand basics. Didn’t get a refill on drinks or chips and I tipped as I left not knowing that gratuity is automatically added to your bill. No wonder the waitress sat and talked at the bar the whole time. She was getting my money regardless! The food was okay but wayyy overpriced. When I went to the bathroom there were two men using a single bathroom at once. When the first person came out, that’s when I saw the second guy pissing at a urinal right next to the door. I left immediately after. This place is basic food for lackluster service and mediocre food.

No greetings…after i placed the order I asked the cashier to repeat the order but she said she got it and gave me the price amount. I paid for it but the cashier couldn’t even count the coins right. She brought me a while different order than what I ordered. Instead of 2 orders, she only served one. I order the yellow rice, and she brought white rice plus French fries. When i asked her what happened to the other order, she doesn’t even apologize for her confusion; she tells me that I’m the one who only paid for one….like really?! I asked u to repeat the order and u said U were good. I paid that food $23 something plus drinks. The worst part was that even the steak that I order came out salty like crazy. I ask her if she can redo it and she replied that she can only do chicken because all steak today are salty … worst dining experience ever. I will not be coming back here.

Surprisingly good Latin fare in a little bit of a hole in the wall location. My wife and I stopped here for lunch before going exploring in the nearby internationally supermarket. We got an assortment of vegetarian pupusas, which were all strong. We also ordered very decent plantains with black beans. The prices were extremely reasonable, and the atmosphere was very relaxed for a mid weekday afternoon. We’d absolutely return next time we are in the area.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY. They totally get your order wrong and do not deliver half of what you order. Called. They told me no one in the restaurant spoke any English. I drove up there to get my order corrected (kind of the antithesis for delivery). They initially told me I did not order the items. I showed them my receipt. The woman that assisted me spoke perfect English. They gave me half of my money back. Thieves and liars not interested in correcting the order.
The food is decent. Don’t expect any customer service.

Had to ask for additional menus, had to ask for more chips, we got one bowl of chips and one small bowl of salsa for a table of 6. Second bowl of salsa had hair in it. Asked for separate checks, not very politely they refused. Dont remember the food too much, I think it was ok, because the service was so poor.

Smells bad, tables dirty place is sketchy. Waitresses not friendly they do not welcome guests. Menus have prices changed with white out and a pen. Seems like they increased the prices. Prices are outrageous I could dine at a nice 4 star restaurant for the same price.

The first and last time I will step foot in this establishment. Lady was so rude to me. Did not offer any kind of customer service. Did not even offer me chips as I waited for my food. I was so disgusted by her attitude that I left before eating. Im happy that I didn’t after reading the other comments. Save yourself time and eat someplace else!
