Amazing food, service and hospitality! I ate most of my food before I could take pictures but I got the burrito bowl, apple empanada, and the empanada taco…. They were amazing. I don’t like guacamole but the guacamole sauce they use is absolutely amazing and flavorful and pairs great with the empanada taco! If I could give them more stars I would!

Had a great first experience here today! Called and put an order in I had no menu in front of me but the man on the phone was willing to tell me everything they had to offer! Quick wait til I showed up my food was ready and was greeted with great customer service and great conversation! Will be going back for the taco empanadas

Went to el sol deli for lunch. This was my first time visiting. Wasn’t to busy but they had a great choice of options. I chose a sandwich and empanada shrimp taco. I will say the empanada shrimp taco were really good definitely one I would order again. The sandwich wasn’t to bad I felt like it needed a little more seasoning to pop. I will come again and try other items on the menu. It wasn’t a long wait for lunch and service wasn’t to bad. I was offered help after some time of looking on the menu. I would recommend people to try.

RUN to this place. The service is always fast and awesome, and the food is ridiculously good and well-priced. The empanada taco is a must-try, as are the regular empanada. The burritos are big and delicious, and the breakfast sandwich is a cheap and tasty option (5 bucks!). Get some of their house hot sauce on it and it’s perfection. The al pastor is bomb, but all of their meat options are super tasty. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband had the cuban sandwich he didn’t like it- He loved the stuffed chicken Empanada, and he said that was the taste of everything he really enjoyed it..
I had an egg bacon and cheese sandwich, and it was okay- It didn’t taste fresh, though. I did enjoy the chicken burrito bowl- The chicken was flavorful i loved the whole dish… We also had their fresh juice – the strawberry pineapple and mango pineapple – both delicious- And cookies for dessert good. I will be back, but next, i will try the stuffed Empanada- I told my daughter she should visit since she’s always looking for tacos… Thanks for the delicious food

I got 1 shrimp taco empanada and 1 chicken. Personally the chicken was more on my level, but both were delicious! (Ask for the homemade sauces) I love the green one!
(Pop in next door for some delicious sweet treats! ) I got the regular flan (they offer a chocolate and reg one as well) and the strawberry and crème, which was more like a strawberry parfait but more milky/liquidy. It was okay. Flan was 10000%.
My friend let me try the churros – which were 9mini churros and some delicious brown sugar type dipping sauce with 2 scoops of vanilla on the side! . Oh em gee. Run.. go run and try them, you won’t be sorry

I’m so happy my daughter recommended this place. This is the best taco/empanada spot in Connecticut period!!!!!! They are definitely my favorite restaurant!!!! The food is amazing and fresh and the service is top tier! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!! Money well spent.
