Went for lunch while I was in Tampa, delicious! I ordered the birria tacos and the elote… I had to stop eating so I could still work afterwards, the meat is sliced super thin and packed in the fried flour tortilla (you have a choice of corn or flour – cheese or no cheese) the flavor was absolutely amazing, the service was friendlyand everything is cooked to order (I ate one taco and some of the elote before I took the picture ) …. I will be back to try the rest of the menu…they have a birria ramen that looked freakin awesome…. keep crushing it

This is a small, welcoming, warm and very inviting place. The service was impeccable, very friendly and welcoming staff.

Best tacos around; called them Xmas eve for a last minute work party and they cranked out 100 of the best tasting tacos I’ve ever had in less than an hour for pick up. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for deliciously authentic tacos.

ZERO STARS!!! It would be really nice if the Gunn HWY location would honor “Taco Tuesday.” The girl at that location would not give me the special of the day which was “taco Tuesday.” This was after I asked repeatedly in both English and in Spanish! Instead she tried to ring me up, by up-charging me in order to receive her service charge tip. (Guess that’s what they call it now). “So tired of places asking for a tip up front, when you’re picking up food!” This was the SECOND’ time I’ve went to the Gunn hwy store and was refused the “$2 taco Tuesday deal.” Yup’ she acted as if she had no idea of what I was talking about (IN BOTH English & Spanish languages mind you)! Owners…If you’re not paying the girls fairly UNLESS’ they up charge, of course; not only will they be rude, but attempt to up-charge customers, in order to receive that tip. This is the “subway of tacos” demanding service charges to pay employees; especially when you’re picking up your food. Instead of taco Tuesday she tried to ring me up for $40 worth of food and a service charge. $40 bucks for a couple of tacos? Instead I took my son to Latin fresh market, without any up-charges and clear pricing.
I’m disgusted how I was treated and walked out of this place for the second Tuesday in a row. It appears as if this place has been doing this for a while because it was completely empty. I can only imagine’ how long this girl has gotten away with this method of over charging customers and NOT’ providing the “taco Tuesday deal.” They probably don’t take the time to write the reviews or the owners have taken that location of Yelp because I couldn’t find it.

It was the first time, and it did not disappoint. Love the Breakfast Burrito with chorizo. The ingredients were fresh and everything was prepared to order. The customer service was great. They also honor Veterans. I totally recommend this place.

First time here It was a late night spur of the moment decision to go here. Figure I’d give it a shot and see what they’re all about. Went inside the restaurant was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. They answered my questions, I ordered my food and it came out pretty quick. I have to say it was super delicious and definitely would recommend it. The the meat was cooked to perfection, the tortillas were fresh and delicious . Get the birria tacos or the Mexican tacos and those sauces/salsas are to die for great stuff!
I will be back and I will be ordering more. This definitely is going to become a part of my regular Friday or Saturday night eating routine.

Went for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised. As you can see from the photos, we ordered (almost) the whole menu. But let me tell you, the birria beef they put in the most of their options *chefs kiss* , the ceviche *so fresh and tasty* everything we ordered was really good.
I’d say if I had to choose my least favorite of all of the good food we had was mayyybe the flautas, but mainly because it didn’t have as much flavor as the steak burrito.
I read the bad reviews, seems like they weren’t much about giving this new place a chance – I spoke English no problem.
I say try it, let me know what you think!

This is a nice taco shop. Loved the quesabirria tacos which includes 2 salsas and a bit of veg. The consommé was delish! My grandsons had 4 different types of tacos plus beef flautas (didn’t get a shot of that) and all looked great, no complaints from them an all disappeared quickly. Good value. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. We also received a bit of chips and salsa to start. I also had horchata. It was really sweet (too much for me but I finished it).

I am a Taco Snob. I love tacos and can literally eat them daily. So glad to have this place close by on Gunn. Yesterday was a last minute decision as my husband is not a taco person. So glad he was on board.
He got the Quesabirria Tacos with the Consommé. I got one Pastor Mexican Taco and one Carnitas Mexican Taco. OMG…. Everything was so good. The smell alone was so appetizing. I put the green salsa on both tacos and the level of heat was perfect.
I’ll definitely be going a lot. I know it for sure.
