Very pleasant experience. Service was excellent. Parrillada Mexicana Fajitas highly recommended. Dish for two. Served with two cheese quesadillas. Plenty of food leftover. Pico had very fresh texture and very flavorful. Lunch menu available. Will return!

Great customer service. This was my first visit to El Sazon Mexican restaurant in Alcoa, TN just outage of Knoxville. The food was Good and the service was good as well. I was very surprised to get Good Mexican food this far from the southwest. But if you’re in the area Please stop by this restaurant and give them a try. The Mango Margarita was really Good as well. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely visit this restaurant again!

Me and my family have been eating here for over 3 years. The food is some of the most excellent Mexican food in the area and very consistent in quality. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is, for the most part quiet and family oriented, however they do have a bar and they do have people hang out and drink too many margaritas sometimes.

One of my favorite places to eat and have a drink in Alcoa. It’s close to home, service is always fast and personal, and the food is authentic. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Chips and salsa are delivered to your table as soon as you are seated. Thank you El Sazon staff for making my experience great every single time!

Great place! Delicious fair portioned food, adult cocktails, and outstanding customer service. After being immediately seated we were provided w/ some fresh to order tortilla chips and salsa. After briefly looking over the menu we had to pair the chips and salsa with some fresh guac and small side of quesi (cheese sauce). For my oder, I ordered the house- special aguacate relleno (stuffed avocado shrimp option) and paired it w/ a piña calada margarita on the rocks half salt half sugar rim w/ a lime wedge. My fellow FA on this 3 day Christmas flt sequence Stacie and I was craving some good Mexican food. After talking and asking the working hotel front desk employee(s), this restaurant was favored and highly recommended by most guests. With that said, I personally highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for good tasting Mexican cuisine. This place definitely did not disappoint, and I look forward to coming back and endulging w/ maybe even a dessert next visit here to Knoxville, TN.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the knox area . A long drive from my country home but when we are in the area . This is where we eat. Originally from Texas ,we can be pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. El Sazon nails it . Great food and atmosphere. Almost always get the chicken chimichanga but occasionally mix it up.
