There was plenty of seating available in the entire restaurant, being that I arrived by 8:00 p.m.. I always sit at the bar area, more personal attention given mainly because the bar has padded chairs.
My bartender / server was Miss Skylar, very friendly and professional,. At one point she got a little busy with making drinks and serving people at the bar, but her service to the bar patron’s did not hinder one bit!
I had 15 bone wings half proving jerk and half spicy garlic, or 8 and 7 respectively, double order potato wedges with cheddar, three blue cheese cups. The winds could have been a little bit wetter and swimming, LOL. But overall, everything else was awesome as always!

Placed an order for pick-up for the $20 meal for 2 deal. When my husband arrived home with the order, it was missing his burger along with the drinks (so half the order). When I called they store, they were unapologetic and asked if we were going to return. When I said yes, the young lady on the phone said “ok, we can do that for you.” Uh, I’d hope so.. we paid for it?? When my husband picked up the rest of his order, a “sorry” was no where to be found. While I understand things like this happen, a simple acknowledgement and apology goes a long way. We will not be returning to this establishment. It appears other reviewers have had similar experiences.

Hurt my back on a broken chair. The seat of the booth was caved in. They didn’t try to offer any kind of discount or anything to keep me quiet so I’m speaking out. Also before this incident I went to use the bathroom and they were nasty. Also poor labeling I went into the men’s bathroom when it said woman’s. They stink horribly. Seems like there’s no cleaning people the whole restaurant is a mess. I wish I brought my own cleaning supplies for myself just to clean the toilet I was using.

My boyfriend and I went here a few days ago and the experience was terrible. The girl that seated us didn’t even act like she wanted to seat us she had a attitude from the get go. And then our waiter came over fast for the first time but after that was terrible he even got lost at some point for along time our food was waiting for along time. My boyfriend had to track some guy down that worked in the kitchen and beg him to even bring it out to us it was ridiculous the place was empty and we waited a hour or more for our food. We never even got a refill on our drinks. Not including the few times before we waited a hour and 20 mins for a table to be told it will be another 20 or 30 mins so we left and we gave it another try but we won’t be back.

We were a group of 9 and they were able to accommodate our party pretty quick. Our waitress was good she was attentive to our needs. I usually get the dessert heat and chipotle BBQ dry rub wings. They are the hottest dry rub you can get and normally I get a runny nose from the heat this time they were more sweet than spicy, which was disappointing. Talking about disappointing was the cleanliness of the restroom. It stunk and there was pee puddles all over the floor. The sinks were filthy. This seems typical of all Buffalo wild wings locations. I just may stop going due to their cleanliness of the bathroom. If the bathrooms are that dirty then what is the kitchen like?

Really wanted to be able to leave a better review. I’ve lived in the area for a little over a year and just tried this place for the first time. Ordered carryout for my wife and I. Picked it up, got home, and realized we were missing the spicy dippers that were supposed to come with it along with the sauces.
Called them and told them what happened and that I’d be by to pick them up. Not sure how to describe it but the gal seemed pretty apathetic and there wasn’t an apology for the order being messed up. Didn’t take offense, but ultimately this should have been my indicator that this place maybe has its struggles.
When I got there, I told them who I was and what had happened. First, they almost gave me someone else’s order with a decent amount of food. I had the sense to check and gave it back. Then, they gave me my replacement. I half checked but the bag was pretty tight but looking in, I could see it’s the dippers. We’ll, I get home and there weren’t any sauces in the box either. I had a feeling something was probably off at the building, but at this point I felt like I’d given them plenty of chances to make it right.
Maybe the gals up front were having a tough day, but it really just didn’t seem like they cared enough to do things right. I’ll probably make this my first and last visit.

Customer service show by the manger Brandon was horrible , had a good order that came to table incorrect , wasn’t touched . A different manger offered to have it remade , server told us it was take off bill ( we didn’t ask for it to be ) and was told its are policy for you to pay , so you can make a complaint if you want to , Brandon then walked off after pushed the bill closer on the table . Just pure disrespect. Don’t recommend this location.

Was the best B-Dubs in town in my opinion at one point. The space is nicer than the rest and no bad angles in the joint. Service has been fairly bad, the last few times. Shame…
I always go with Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk, and Hot BBQ and a side of wedges (ask for sour cream). The sweat tea is also solid.

Due to staffing issues the bar area was closing at 4 when we went. You could still get a beer, just not sit in the bar. Service wasn’t stellar either. Nice, but oddly slow. Our food came out just above lukewarm, which seemed odd because the place was slow and much of the staff was hanging out at the servers station a lot.

First time trying this location and possibly the last time. Decided to go for BOGO Thursday and ended up getting food poisoning. Was questioning if I got it from some other restaurant, until I heated up the rest of my food from BWW yesterday and was stuck on the toilet for the rest of the day. The workers were nice, no hate on them at all, but y’all really need to watch how the food’s being prepared.
