This was our third time ordering food for pickup. I got there at the time they told me. Staff was out front near where I’d parked, on their phones and talking and I waited about 5 minutes for them to come inside and talk to me. Food wasn’t ready so waited another 10 minutes at the desk. It was just after 1pm and although I’d ordered 2 items from the lunch menu, I was charged the full price. The bill should have been about $15 but I was charged over $30. When I asked the owner why, she didn’t understand my question and acted irritated that she didn’t know what I was asking. She kept saying, “Food is good. Food is good.” Nobody else came to help. After asking several times I finally gave up and paid the higher amount so I could get back home to my family.

Food was a 4/5 waitress couldn’t hardly take our order even after she repeated it twice and still brought out the wrong dish. But over all it was ok to say the least

Me and my group of friends decided to make ice cream while waiting for our food (sandwich bag, creamer packets, salt, and a cup of ice). We somehow managed to finish making the ice cream (shaking the bag angrily) before they brang us our food. We also managed to eat all 6 packets before they brang our food. We proceeded to wait 10 more minutes before getting our food. As girls do, we grouped together and went to the bathroom and for some reason the bathroom smelt better than the restaurant (may I add the restaurant smells like pure sewage). The restaurant smell had somehow wafted it’s way into my food when I started eating, so may I state this is an awful restaurant indeed.

VERY limited options in the bustling metropolis of Cumberland KY, and have to say I was very impressed. About the best chimichanga I’ve had and that’s saying something. Service was a bit slow because they were understaffed, but who isn’t these days?!?!

Their catering service is fascinating. The taste of the fajitas with the rice and beans was splendid. The crunchy chips and salsa made for a tasty appetizer. The food was so delicious that I had two plates. It is definitely worth visiting and would visit again whenever I am back in Harland.

I recently ate at El Sazon for the first time and was quite impressed. My friends and I enjoyed our service and the environment. I started with the promising salsa and chips and ordered the vegetable fajitas with rice and beans. This entree is the perfect option for vegans and vegetarians. We loved the food so much; we also ate their dinner catering. This is a place worth visiting while you’re in Harlan County.

Delicious and convenient, we had our food catered and we were served a build-your-own fajita which included juicy chicken, seasoned rice, bean dip, lettuce, chips, and a variety of other sides. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten from.
