Blanca is an amazing manager and co-cook at the food truck. I had the chance to get to know her and her cook briefly—he’s hardworking and dedicated, and all he wants is to do great work. Blanca truly leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and get in the kitchen.

I stopped by for some tacos de asada, and as always, she keeps things fresh by switching up her menu to keep customers happy and showcase her creativity. I also tried the tacos de lengua and cabeza, and they did not disappoint! The meat was fresh and perfectly crisp, with great layers of flavor, and the salsa tied it all together beautifully.

I give it a 10/10!

Drive up from Sacramento, googled Burrito and this place popped up. Ordered a Carne Asada Super Burrito, added chicken and grilled jalapenos. 10/10. Their salsa is breath taking Also the lime cucumber water is a must have.
