I was so sad. I thought maybe I would get the same Papusa’s as once before. It was fine then about a year ago. Correct and even. But what happened, this must be run by two very different people? I am not sure. Anyways… if you want to pay for half a Papusa for 5 bucks each, fine. If you like ones that are mostly hard outside and thin in one spot and thick super soft masa with no filling on the other side, and no love baked in, fine. But to be hungry after two Papusa is a crime. To only have really half and half because half was just masa on all of them..I felt like it was a trick. Like oh, that white girl won’t know the difference. We don’t want her back…be sure to make it so badly she never returns. Like what?!? It could be a super cozy hole in the wall…but it’s got dead energy. Place was empty at 8 pm. Stuff all over…and stingy with the sides included. What is going on? It’s so easy! The hardest part of a restaurant is actually getting the space to have one! Once you have it…it’s all good in the hood..unless you just don’t care. And no one cared last night, for sure.
Sad part is the flavor was great. So it could have been a five star review!

We ordered online and did a quick pick up. The papusas were ok, everything was very spicy so my daughter couldn’t eat the salsa or pickled cabbage.

I don’t get how this place has 3.9 stars. One, the service is beyond slow, the drinks are not authentic. Orchata and ensalada are not salvi style. Just look at the color of the ensalada. I know my salvi drinks and food. The food is beyond greasy. Find a better place for PUPUSAS. Not here.

Minerva and her amazing cook help me select a cheese enchilada plate with all the trimmings. Chopperado was nice and hot and tasty too. Oh yeah and let’s not forget about the Chile relleno. Wow this restaurant is a hidden gem I will definitely be back to try there famous pupusas.

Unfortunately I got the rib eye and it was tasteless and tough

The place smells like cleaning products. Food is good but prices are inflated like the economy. Almost 4 dollars for a pupusa.

Found a disgusting long brown hair in my pupusa!
I was halfway eating once I saw and pulled it out of the middle of my pupusa. Horrible experience and never will I ever come back. I will not recommend just spreading awareness.

I only tried a pollo tamale, revuelta, bean & cheese pupusa. It was all really good. The tamale was my favorite and delicious.
I do recommend this place and will be stopping by when am in the area.

We had 2 pupusas revueltas and it was more like a tostada because it was hard and then it had a lot of cheese no chicharron or beans.
