You wouldn’t think it from the outside and connected to a gas station, but the food is super authentic! It’s like I flew to Honduras to have lunch with my boys. I realize this is Salvadoreño food, but it is so similar. So glad the we’re using red beans . The tortillas are so perfect. The pupusas and plantains were perfect too. This place is great if you want the real thing.

Seems like a nice family El Salvidorian restaurant. There is a seating area that is not bad for the place being connected to a gas station. The gas station market is totally separate and you don’t see the store. I came for the pupusas. I was surprised that they aren’t good. There is no crispy texture and they lack flavor. The cabbage pickled slaw completely lacks flavor and is inedible. The taco supreme and falutas were on point, though a little salt would help. The black beans and rice weren’t so good. The black beans tasted like they were dumped straight from a can, which they probably were. The food is on the right price point for what and where this place is. Nothing special.

Great size portions on the plates, pretty big. My quesadilla was AMAZING, and the rice was pretty good also. Looved the homemade quesadillas and the guac dip/spread. Great first experience, I’ll be coming here more often

This place is round the corner from my house and I been coming here about once a week the past month. The people working there are wonderful, the food is cheap and always delicious, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting especially for a place in a gas station.
