Disappointing to make it home 30 minutes later and realize my order that I usually eat as dinner and lunch the following day has gone on an Ozempic diet. The burrito is half the size as normal. Missing lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and half portion of chicken and beans.

Staff had an attitude. Walked in almost two hours before they close, giving weird looks and attitude. They started closing and packing food so early and when I wanted to order it was like I walked 10 min before they close. Girls don’t smile just look at me like I’m stupid. Never coming back. Portion size terrible. Nice to everyone else but us. Smiling and laughing with other customers.

I have been regularly going here and getting my weekly Chipotle since I started college 6 months ago. They have a big enough selection to order a different meal many times, and they have vegetarian options. I love that I can order online and have it ready when I get there, though I think they’ve been having problems with people stealing orders. Plus, if you go in person and get a burrito or bowl, you typically get a larger quantity. Not sure why. Maybe they just never think I’m going to add all the ingredients because I look small? My appetite is much bigger, almost as big as my ego. Anyways, great food, great people, great service. Only complaint is that sometimes the employees’ hair isn’t always held up very well. I love my local Mexican Subway!

Paid $17 for double steak and rice for an in store pickup. What I recieved was a smaller portion than I would get from a single sized portion. I tried to contact the store directly and got an automated response.

That is a picture of my sons bowl before he even touched it. It is half empty. My 10 year old ate this and was still hungry. When we got to the cheese she put even less than what you see here, so I asked for a little more, and you can see how little there still is. She put maybe a quarter of a spoon of each ingredient. I’ve worked in food service my entire life and don’t like to complain. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at Lawrenceburg Chipotle.
