I came with a group (about 8 people). The music was so loud that we had to shout in the waitresses ear just to order. My friends and I couldn’t even talk to each other. We asked them if they could turn it down and it seemed like it kept getting louder. And my food wasn’t good. It didn’t taste fresh

We went there to eat and it was a disaster. They only had two types of meat. We ordered empanadas as appetizer and later said they had none. There was not appetizers available. When the food came to the table, they did not bring the beans or the sweet plantains (they arrived when we were finishing our meals). My fried chicken was burned, and the sweet plantains were uncooked. The pictures of all the food they have online is a lie as they do didn’t have a variety of them as advertised. The floor was dirty as well as the bathroom. The bathrooms didn’t have seats, toilet paper, or paper towels. I paid too much for so little service. I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience!! My husband and I were craving Dominican food so we went to this place. We walked in and the first thing we saw was a bunch of smoke coming from the cashier desk and behind it a group of people smoking. Buch of people smoking at a restaurant?? Come on people!! They were singing extremely loud and staring at us. It felt very uncomfortable. As this was happening, WE WERE STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO SEAT US, BUT NONE EVER CAME. Really bad environment and customer service. I hope they read this comment, so they work on it to improve. We had been in the Dominican Republic and in different Dominican restaurants here in the States and people have been very nice, friendly, happy and kind. Nothing like this place! How disappointing!

So I placed my order online and it gave me a delivery option so of course I selected that. It said it would be ready in 45-60 minutes. 2 hours passed and nothing. Tried calling them and the phone was apparently disconnected, at this point I’m furious and decided to drive my sick self over there and I’m being told that it is a whole different restaurant despite the logo still being the same, name outside of the place is still the same. And theirs kitchen is not even open only the bar is. What!! The lady up front decides to contact her boss/owner and I’m told that they have nothing to do with google and to call my bank for them to cancel the transaction. I guess the new owner turned this place into a hookah bar/club.

Ordering from this place was challenging They were out of a lot of item. They also forgot to send part of my order. Since I also speak Spanish I told skip the dish staff that I would call to change my order. The guy did not speak very good English or Spanish. The food tasted bad. I am used to eating Latin american food so I’m use to beans and rice and I Could not finish it. The flavors were terrible. The chicken wings were very salty. Oh yes, and they forgot to send my other meal. Thank God.
Thankfully, , Skip the dish . Com gave me credit and I was able to order from another place. This was the only positive part of the experience.

I went here a couple of weeks ago with my husband and we reserve horrible service. Our Server never said hi to us or said that she was going to be the one that was going to take our order. She just walked right up to us and sat at the table across from us with a blank look on her face and stared at us for a good couple of seconds. We were a little confused, then realized that she worked there so, we ended up ordering our food. When we received our food some of food wasn’t even what we had order. She never came back to check up on us so we ended up having to tell the owner to get us our bill. The food was good except the beans. (Abichuela) I’m dominican so I know what good abichuela tasts like. Also, they never have a variety of food. They have a whole menu fool of lies because they never have the majority of what’s on there menu.

Live in the neighborhood and not sure about the food, but most b one heck of a night club. They have outside speakers and play the music annoyingly loud until 5 and 6 in mourning, especially on the weekends. Tried to call but was told no manager or owner and got hung up on. This review is based on seeing and hearing trying to communicate, wish I could give 0 stars but wouldn’t let me fill out review.

The service was typical for a small Caribbean restaurant. The food was ok; pernil and rice with red beans were dry, empanada came out scorched, sancocho was average. The standout was the white rice. We tried to pay with a Groupon that was still valid, but we were told they weren’t honoring Groupons, so we had to pay the full ticket and appeal to Groupon for a refund.
