Kyra Appling-McCullum started BeBe’s Bistro Food Truck in July of 2014. BeBe’s Bistro was created in the honor ot her late mother Brenda K. Appling, affectionately known as BeBe. Before BeBe’s last health battle she desired to have a food truck. It was inevitable that her wishes be honored. She loved to cook and fellowship with family and friends.
