A nice Mexican restaurant in Eunice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The portions were big and the prices were inexpensive. The chips and salsa were delicious, but overall the seasoning was lacking imo. I will be back to El Rodeo!

I really really had high hopes for this place. The chips and salsa were great. Fresh tasting and I loved that the salsa actually had cilantro and onions and not just tomato sauce. However the food disappointed me so much. I got the Chili Rellenos and the meat inside was overcooked but the breading on outside wasn’t cooked. Was very doughy. I took it off but couldn’t eat much. Rice was good. Husband had fish tacos and he said they were very tasty however they were plain)no sauce of any kind). They brought a plate of lettuce with a 1/4 slice of tomato. So he only had a bit of tomato on only 1 single taco.
Service was good. Not sure if try this place again though. Passing through visiting relatives.

On a positive note. I man that took my order over the phone was nice. You can read what I ordered in the picture. Look at the shrimp I received. It was missing the stuffing. No jalapeño and no cheese. How do you miss that? Shrimp had no seasoning and was like rubber. I couldn’t swallow it. It was very expensive for what I got. The rice and beans were ok. Not impressed!

Very nicely decorated, casual and welcoming atmosphere. Got my food in less than ten minutes. Free chips and salsa is always a plus. Waiter was really nice. They don’t have dessert, which was a bit of a let down but not too much! They have sweets at the counter that I didn’t notice until we were leaving.

Best Mexican food in Eunice! Hector and his staff are personable and delightful. Their street tacos are authentically Mexican, so don’t forget to ask for toppings if you want them. My only suggestion is a drive through margarita and pick up window! They have the perfect arrangement for one and would make this place world class! Provecho!

Traditional Mexican fare with friendly staff in a little place in a strip mall. I enjoyed my pineapple filled with meats and spiced well. I asked for Mexican guacamole but they only served the normal kind that is not chunky. The salsa is good, and the queso not bad.

Ordered the chicken taco salad and its one of the best taco salads I’ve had in a while. The flavor from the juice in the bottom of the shell is wonderful but only compliant is it makes the bottom of the shell a little soggy.
