Been coming here for years since I work nearby and usually stop by for a coffee before work. The new workers they have do not know how to properly make coffee. They fill the cup with so much ice it’s insane. When I tried to say something about this the girl working the counter gave me attitude and said she couldn’t do anything about it. I would’ve asked for a refund but I was in a hurry to get to work so I just let it go. I will never be stopping by at this location again. Paying almost $7 for an improperly made cup of coffee, or should I say cup of ice because that’s what I got.

I ordered a roasted chicken pepper, a sandwich wrap and for some reason it came with a bunch of splits like slices on the top which causes issues when you’re eating it. I mean I guess the person didn’t understand you’re not to cut cut it. People are eating it. We don’t have a knife or a fork to eat this by hand. That’s why it’s a wrap. So if you cut it all the ghoul and all the goodness is coming out.

This Dunkin’ drive-thru usually doesn’t give me a bad experience, but today I bought my usual and went to my next destination, where the drink spilled all over my car because the top wasn’t on it properly. I went back to buy the same drink and told the young woman what had happened, and she looked at the young man next to her and laughed. If I hadn’t been a parent myself, things might have turned out differently! Make sure your kids are properly taught if you plan to have them work because that was really disrespectful!

First of all learn how to treat people and it’s always got to be one of us trying to show off but that’s okay when they made one Dunkin donuts they made plenty more so you’re just losing a regular customer trying to show out you don’t know if I was purchasing something or not. I stopped by here in the morning and buy breakfast and I always by coffee going home, but that’s okay you just lost a regular customer check yourself.

Worst dunking I have been to, misleading signs, is never stocked with anything. A super under prepared staff with little care to customers service. One star cuz I can’t give a zero.i have stoped here multiple time and always says it’s open but the door is always closed.

I stop by this Dunkin Donuts every morning for a muffin and a donut. It’s convenient and on the way to where I’m going. The service is always great. I’m usually taken care of by a young girl. She’s super sweet and friendly, and gets everything done quickly. Even when there’s a line, I’m in and out within a couple minutes. The only thing I’m extremely disappointed in, is that twice this week I got home and realized the muffin was completely burnt. The top of it was dark brown and rock hard. I’m not sure who keeps burning the muffins but they need to keep an eye on that. It is too far for me to drive back and ask for another one or for a refund, but from now on I’m going to have to check and make sure nothing is burnt before I leave there. The photos are from 3 different days.
EDIT: It happened again today. Totally burnt. I’m not going to be stopping here on the way to work anymore. I’ll find another location that doesn’t burn everything.
