The restaurant was full, so I expected to have a great meal. First, we got chips and salsa. The chips were good, but the salsa was very watery and didn’t have a good taste or any heat. The food was delivered quickly. We ordered salsa verde with pork and a burrito with enchiladas. The salsa verde came with a not-so-fresh salad: sour shredded lettuce and sour tomatoes. The beans were very runny, and the dish lacked any flavor. The other dish was a little better but still lacked much flavor. I don’t think I will visit this place again.

Best Mexican food I’ve ever had! The food is incredibly amazing and the jalapeños are delicious, the salsa is so good. The staff and waiters are so kind. They now know our regular order because we come in so often. I love this place so much the best Mexican food ever I would recommend everyone go to it.

Please forgive me….I’ve lived in Bellingham for many years, over 10 and eaten at El Rincocito many times and never left a review. So yes I LOVE the food, and the service, but especially the staff is so WONDERFUL! Run and owned by Luis and Delia(husband&wife) they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Cannot recommend enough! Gracias mi amigo

The service at this restaurant is truly amazing. We came with a 20+ group on a Friday night and they quickly accommodated us all and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came quickly and was absolutely amazing and so fresh tasting. An overall awesome experience! Highly recommend.
