Overall a slightly above average Mexican restaurant. Service was great only downside was it took a few minutes (3-5) before anyone came to the table after we were sat. Once we got a server everything was prompt. Food was good, nothing to write home about but solid basic Mexican restaurant food. Would dine here again if the need arises.

We’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants, but none compare to El Rancho Nuevo in Liberty! From the moment we walk in, we’re treated like family. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always makes us feel like we’re part of the familia. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generous. Our favorite spot has the best nachos and I get the ACP Pollo loco like everyday for lunch, and their salsa has just the right kick. If you’re looking for a place that serves amazing food and makes you feel like you’re home, look no further. Highly recommend!”

A beautifully decorated Mexican restaurant that truly captures the essence of Mexico. Even though the food has been adapted to the U.S. market, it still feels very authentic—and as a Mexican, I can vouch for that! The staff is friendly, the flavors are rich and delicious, and the presentation is just like in Mexico.
The restaurant is clean, and there’s plenty of free parking, which is a plus. The only minor downside was the wait time—our food took about 30 minutes to arrive. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Sophia was our server and she is the absolute best! I took my daughter and her best friend for a “girls dinner” date and she brought the girls the cutest “fancy” drinks and they loved them! She went above and beyond!

We love this place and come here whenever we can. There’s so much variety, and all of it is good. Highly recommend trying something new each time, but the El Rancho Burrito and carnitas are good standby.

We live nearby and this restaurant never fails to satisfy our whole family. Plenty of kid friendly options (even for our picky eater) and tons to choose from for everyone else. Service is always fast and friendly, food arrives so quickly. We also enjoy just coming for drinks! Lalo is our favorite server. He’s attentive and never lets our drinks get low. Highly recommend!
