I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. My family and I watched as people around us who entered the restaurant after us and were served their food. One of the patrons even stopped by the table and asked if we were ever going to be served. I’m pretty patient and understanding. The young lady couldn’t get it together and possibly needed a little more training. She was not knowledgeable about the options available. I won’t be returning. My appetite was ruined.

Good food and fast service. Wife had a lunch combo of taco and Chile Rilleno, she loved it. I had the taco salad which was essentially a fajita mix with lettuce. Taco bowl was overdone but the ingredients were delicious and hot off the grill. I would definitely eat here again.

I wasn’t sure if the brown guacamole was safe to eat. I probably should have known to check the order for the missing Tortillas when they told me they didn’t have any utensils or silverware in the restaurant – that’s my fault. However, it is El Ranchero’s fault why their fajitas are made with more salt than meat. If you have to eat here, order the refried beans, which I’m fairly certain are the canned beans from Walmart, so they should be safe to eat. The chips were good.

Awesome food, huge portions and reasonable prices. Staff was really friendly and attentive too. Not sure why they had a service charge on top of taxes and still require tips but we still left one. They also have a kitten (named Cally/Kelly I think) that roams around their restaurant area(outside), look out for that lil sweet thing while you are there~~

Been going way down hill recently. They’re always out of something, service is slow, queso always come out cold and has to be microwaved. Used to be one of the best but there’s better options in the area.

AMAZING! Way better than the el ranchero in Brownsville, TN in EVERYWAY! The cook here needs to give lessons to the cooks there. I had the fiesta potato. DELICIOUS! It was so much. Everythjng was cooked to perfection. Seasoned SO WELL.
