We absolutely love seeing one of our favorite bartenders Crystal every time we come in! From the moment we sit down, she makes us feel welcome and taken care of. She has such a warm, personable personality and always greets us with a smile. What really stands out is that she remembers us and the little details, which makes the experience feel so much more personal and special.
She’s the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She’s attentive without ever being overbearing, keeps things running smoothly, and clearly takes pride in providing great service. It’s rare to find someone who can create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while still being so polished and professional. Her art of making my wife and my drinks are never a fail. She takes pride in the quality and consistency of her drink making.

The ambience was lovely—we grabbed a spot on the patio Sunday, and our server was both friendly and right on time with everything. So far, so good.
Then came the prime loaded chicken nachos… and unfortunately, never again. The queso was the only redeeming part—creamy, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for. But the chicken? It tasted old, had a strange twang to it, and honestly felt like it came straight from the fridge. Definitely not appetizing.
On the plus side, the manager handled it with kindness and professionalism, immediately refunding the nachos, which I really appreciated.
I wanted to love this spot and hoped it would become a regular go-to, but based on this experience, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

I had a really great experience with the service. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the environment was welcoming. Risha was especially amazing—she was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire time. She made sure everything was done well and made the experience feel comfortable and positive. You can tell she truly cares about providing great service. I really appreciate her kindness and effort, and I would definitely recommend this place to others because of the excellent service Risha provided.

We attended an Galentine’s Fundraiser event in one of the party rooms at El Primos Sunday evening, and it exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding — the fajitas were absolutely excellent, perfectly seasoned and served hot and fresh. And the Pineapple Mule? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was the perfect balance of refreshing and flavorful.
The true star of the night, though, was Risha. Her service was exceptional from start to finish. She was attentive without being intrusive, helped us decorate the room, and made sure every detail was handled so the event ran seamlessly. Because she took the lead and managed everything so well, we were actually able to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Risha was also incredibly friendly and engaging. She shared the history of El Primos with us and even taught us a few things along the way, which made the experience feel even more personal and special.

Taylor, the manager, was outstanding. Managing a group that size is no small task, but he handled everything smoothly and professionally. The operations ran flawlessly, and his hospitality was incredibly warm and welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our night special, and he absolutely delivered.
Grant and Rissa were our servers, and they were phenomenal. They got everything right, stayed extremely attentive the entire time, and never once lost their smiles. Omg, what a fun neighborhood place to go and hang out, have food and enjoy some good music. But the best part was the service!!! Risha was on top of all things for us, making sure we all had what we ordered and the way we wanted and such a pleasure to have as our waitress. They need 10 more of her!!!

One star for the receipt show misleading tip calculations. That’s what you call a scam!!! When you have been drinking and you want to do the right thing and think the bill is correct but it’s not. You tip 20% and it’s a fair tip. But when you trust the bill and it’s wrong that’s a scam. look at pic and do the math.
Reply back to the comment…the reason the margarita was discounted is that it was not good so we got a different drink. So to get a bill on something we did not enjoy should have not been calculated. Neither here nor there…it should not be calculated on what should have been on the ticket and what is paid on the ticket.
