Excellent fast service. We got a family meal for takeout. The chicken had a good flavor but was dry. The green beans, fried rice, mixed veggies, black beans, and plantains were excellent, as were the alfajors.

I used to really like El Pollo. I always got their whole chicken with two sides. it used to be a big, tasty meal that came with plenty of their white and green sauces (usually 2–3 packets).
Lately though, the quality has gone down. The tomato onion salad isn’t the same anymore, it’s now just lettuce, tomato, and onion with no flavor. They also started giving less sauce, and the chicken feels smaller and sometimes even arrives cold when I order delivery.
I really hope they go back to how they used to be because I used to love this place, but the last few times I’ve ordered, I haven’t been very satisfied.

This is probably my favorite place to eat in Morgantown. A friend I introduced me to the steak burrito a la pobre and I haven’t looked back. I get it every single time I go there, either to eat in or more likely, pick-up. I can’t speak to its authenticity but it’s a far cry from anything else you’ll have around here, which I love. Do yourself a favor and try the burrito if you’re into steak, and don’t forget the sauces. They make it shine. You’ll thank me.

5 stars, this might be the best pollo spot I been to yet! The chicken taste so good that i forgot to use the sauce that it comes with. Even the sauce taste great. I ordered 1/2 chicken with rice and plantains. I cannot wait to come back and try more food from this location again.

Delicious rotisserie chicken made just right with crispy skin and juicy inside. The beans were flavorful as were the red potatoes. The yuca frita was crispy and not greasy at all. The alfajores were divine. Great service, too!
