Buyer beware….this place is garbage. Dominos is bad enough, but this store makes it even worse. My order was delivered. One of the pizzas we ordered looks like it was dropped. It was in 1 big mushy pile when we got it. It also was not the correct pizza that we ordered. The rest of our items were fine, but we didn’t get the sauces for the wings. Tried to call to get a refund after it was delivered. Tried 4x and no answer at all. Waited for them to open next day. Still no answer at all after 4 more tries. Never ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times was horrible service. The pizza tracker is not up to date even for carry out. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired. They do an awful job managing the counter and handling customer service. Both times the store was completely full with Customers about issues and literally all the workers just stare at you. No one says a word. And let’s not even talk about the blaring of music. So when someone finally does decide to address you, you can’t even hear each other because it’s so loud.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude. After having asked me to order online and not on the phone on Memorial day today. My order was cancelled. I called again, he stated that my order had no Tip, and I said I had a cash tip. I always tip after delivery and follow the tracker. He went on to shout at me and I had to hangup the call. I live across the street from the Crofton location on Defense highway and it is always a go to for my kids. It started good then quickly went down hill. The staff does not communicate at all. No Caesar salad they’ll just send a garden salad. I had one driver just sit my food on the ground no knock or nothing only reason I knew it was there was because my sister was coming over at the same time. Opened the door to my pizza on the ground. It was a free pizza but I did tip and any other time they will call and say they’re outside. Sometimes the pizza is good other times it’s too greasy or just nasty. I don’t know if they got new staff but sometimes the wait for the food is ridiculous and they will not answer the phone or communicate at all after an hour plus of waiting. I just decided to start going over to the Bowie side for my pizza

HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!! I ordered my food at around 7:00 p.m. and saw the checkout order confirmation, went to pick up my food and they told me that my order didn’t exist and that I should wait another 15 minutes. mind you this was around 8pm. 30 minutes later (8:30) my order still wasn’t in line!!!!! had to cancel. No apologies whatsoever from them.
