Edit: My husband and I have been twice since it opened and the quality has not been great. The first time the chicken wasn’t flavored as much. The second has me questioning ever going back. The flautas had raw masa (dough) inside and no meat. They were inedible. The beans were raw. The rice was bland. My husband’s carne asada lacked flavor too. I hope they can fix the quality control issues. I will personally order from the other location for a while even though it’s further.

Visit was good except for some language barriers.. got our orders wrong but was corrected, so no biggie.. nice workers too..
We ordered the half chicken with 2 orders of plantains, which were delicious.. flautas were nice and crispy, just how we like them.. beef torta and burrito, also good.. and some agua frescas..

First time at this pollo rico and at first I was skeptical due to the new logo but all I can say is that it didn’t disappoint me!!! Food delicious, smiley faces and good customer service, grilled chicken was very delicious and juicy and the quesadilla was amazing also. Highly recommend trying the grilled chicken and their quesadillas. Their portions never disappoint.

I’ve been here 3times. The first time was great (2nd day they opened the doors). These past 2 times have been pretty bad. 1st asked for mixed meat, no rice add lettuce received 1 meat with rice and no lettuce. 3rd visit I asked for double mixed meat no rice add lettuce. I received double rice 1 meat with lettuce and cold food.

This is not “Pollo Regio”, this is “Pollo Rico”. I drive extra thinking it was the former when I could have gone to another Pollo Rico 4 minutes from my home. Outside of that, this place is actually good.
