It really sucks when you drop $35 on food and half of the order’s completely wrong. Ordered a chicken avocado taco ended up getting dark meat street tacos. Ordered a chicken burrito and it ended up getting a small rice and bean burrito. Tried calling but nobody picks up and I live 20 minutes away due to traffic and don’t want to waste my time going back there so if you’re reading this please reach out to me. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to swing by and pick up what I paid for. We’re all struggling out here and I was really looking forward to this meal. Thank you

Not the best experience and not the worst (El Pollo Loco] experience.
The beans tasted a little burned. The Chicken Avocado Burrito is always a little on the small size. Typically if you are wanting more the Birria Burrito is a good choice. Health wise the Double Chicken Tostada Salad is almost always the same location to location *See other reviews.
If you are not too hungry the Original Pollo Bowl gives you just enough for a very reasonable price. The most recent Pollo Bowl, which I purchased at another location (2 days ago) with chips and drink was only $6.xx.
