Today I was given the wrong drink, waited almost 10 mins for my food when I was the only customer in either drive thru, and the quesadillas at this location have become little more than a tortilla with some sauce in between. Very little meat or cheese in most cases. If you really want Cookout. Just drive to one of the Chattanooga locations and avoid this one.
No brainer to order the “Tray” and build your own meal for a great price. We were in town for a week at a convention and ate here three times. Cheerwine Float?? Yes please, it was a nice treat to see on a menu anywhere. I really wanted a Watermelon Shake on our second visit, but they were not able to serve shakes that night.
The menu is very simple yet well rounded. If I saw any issue, it’s with consistency in preparing the food and portion size. On all my visits, I got a double cheeseburger and cheddar bites that never were the same. The burger was basic, and a tad overcooked each time. Only once did I get the bacon I ordered on it. Cheddar bites are hard to mess up but if you overcook them, they explode leaving empty skins. Portions were another issue that needed attention because some of the visits I had heaps of stuff and other times just a few pieces. I didn’t complain because of the price but this is just sloppy workers.
Double windows were moving at a good pace and the service was friendly. We used the walk-up window once and that was a nice feature. I can see this chain doing well in a college town and I’ll get my shake next time in the area.
They tell me it’s going to be a minute.
Proceed to give me the wrong meal entirely with no sides so I spent money on nothing I ordered and got less food than I paid for.
I’d recommend going anywhere else because they wouldn’t even look at the recipe to give me what I actually ordered.
