I tried a taco while ordering a burrito bowl for a friend, and I was really impressed with how good the chicken tasted. It had a rich grilled flavor that stood out right away. If I discover a location close to my home, I can see myself stopping in all the time.

Got a two piece breast and wing and it was drier than the desert and not much flavor . The Mac and cheese was cooked to hell and just mush . Tried calling but they don’t answer and the mailbox is full so they can avoid helping anyone . This explains why they are so dead . Update , I did contact you guys and was told because your employees would not provide me with a receipt you won’t fix the issue and only offered me a some sort of discount for a second visit… but if the food is gross and dry why would anyone want to return . Seems a lot of folks have gotten dry chicken but you guys haven’t fixed it .

This is the best El Pollo Loco location I’ve been to. The service is consistently friendly, the quality of the food is good, and the line doesn’t take too long to get through. I’ve been here many times and I haven’t had a bad experience at all.
I always get the Grande Avocado Bowl, and it’s always well made and packed with high quality, tasty ingredients. It’s actually cheaper here than other locations. What other fast food restaurant has a solid, tasty, nutritious meal that only costs $6? I highly recommend this place for reasonably priced, quality fast food.

i usually don’t come to this location but I purchased a chicken avocado salad which totaled to $13 only to receive small bottom of the barrel shredded pieces of chicken, now I have to Drive all the way back to replace it! Frustrating

Well I had high hopes. But the last time we went my sister paid for a 4 piece chicken meal and we only got a 3 piece. I took pictures of the meal and the receipt but didn’t think they were going to give me another piece if we went back. The time before that we ordered a large guac they only gave us regular. Little things I know but inconsistent with the customer service. I want to be sure I at least get everything I’ve paid for.

Went to get a chicken tinga burrito, well they gave me a rice and beans burrito, with a chicken bone inside, glad I didn’t swallow it and choke on it. Definitely a messed up experience. Could’ve told me they didn’t have chicken tinga instead of giving me that ish.
