Love this place! Good fresh food. I’ve tried most items on the menu and they are all pretty good. As far as fast food chains goes this might be the closest to being authentic to the food is serving fast. Just had the barilla tacos today and was very impressed. Good flavor, crispy shells and was really good dipped in the sauce. Wish they made carnitas, but everything they do serve is always much better than expected. Guess I’ve been going to Taco Bell for too long . Whole different league.

Staff is friendly and always working hard. Food is always delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the $5 meals are worth it. I can’t think of the last time it wasn’t. Inside is always clean and tidy. The only downside is they sometimes don’t have enough stuff. Today there was only two people working and the lady was running around working her butt off. Because of this she forgot to add the dressing and tortillas into my bag. I’m not upset because it happens and it wasn’t like she was sitting around doing nothing. If you decide to come to this place just remember that these are hard-working people and they are doing all they can with the little staff they have.

Went to El Pollo Loco for the $5 bowls and because it was conveniently near where we were going. Ordered really quickly on my phone app and went inside to use the restroom. Within 2 minutes of coming out of the restroom, the bowls were ready. Server offered us salsa and bagged it up for us to go. I decided to just eat in the restaurant since it was empty and air conditioned. We really enjoyed the bowls and they did not skimp on the servings. Really clean inside and plenty of parking outside. The service was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely come back if in the area again!

Covid update 7/24/21:
Open for dine in. Outdoor seating with patio umbrella available. Self service fountain soda. Rotisserie chicken are crispy on the outside and a bit dry inside. Good for large families.
Good place for rotisserie chicken Mexican style. Plaza has ample parking with easy access. Place is not busy most of the time. Coke products.

The portion of Tostada salads has been decreasing over the past two years. The amount of chicken is getting smaller and smaller. Management, please add a bit more chicken and salad for a $15 meal; it won’t cost you much but will make customers a lot happier.
