Our future sister in law loves going to El Pollo Loco. When we had visited my brother and my brothers fiance in Bakersfield California she had given us a gift card to El Pollo Loco. So we went to the one in Salinas Ca we had ordered the Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl & the Double Chicken Bowl. We were first-timers & we are grateful for the young drive-thru girl for being patient with us while we made our choices for our dinner. Good job, El Pollo Loco the food was very delicious, i will definitely come back again.

This place was terrible ordered 2 burritos only wanted beef bean and cheese they messed it up 2 different times spent 38 $ on food we thru away !! We had take out. The food was very good. The people were friendly. Sometimes they do forget an item. I think training of employees is needed. It does get over whelming. They need better technology to cope with service. I would like to see my order on the screen to make sure the order us correct. The person taking the order should just do that. Then another double checks. I ❤ Pollo loco!
