We celebrated some work successes by ordering a group lunch for our office and employees. It was the first time we used El Pollo Loco in Fountain Valley and they were great! The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too dry or salty, and our employees were very pleased. It was my job to place the order and pick it up and that whole experience was easy and satisfying. We didn’t eat at the store, so I just gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because the whole ordering process and my pick up was such a breeze. Thumbs up for sure.

No eating silverware no napkins lots of food but asked if the chicken burrito was spicy she said no came with tag said spicy. Could hardly eat it. Snack Pak good. The PA system in drive through could hardly understand the person in the store. Very pricey for what I got.

The customer service was actually above & beyond. Order was correct, friendly cashier(s), went out of their way each time I’ve been there. For me – it’s the small things that count, that tend to matter most, and that’s where they exceeded. I was quite impressed with their kind & genuine approach as well as their friendly attitude overall. Definitely deserved a tip AND a good review. Amazing customer service! And it’s a bonus that they take EBT at this location (Euclid & Warner)! Look forward to eating there again very soon!

It took over 15 minutes for drive thur. My nachos look more like chips, with a little chicken and a little sour cream… very disappointing after waiting sooo long. Where is the cheese? Where is the guacamole? I also saw a man walk up to the drive thur line and cut everyone waiting and he got his food 1st. Is that what I should have done to get faster service? Walk up to the drive thur window? I asked where is my cheese and guacamole? Pedro asked me if I want him to ask the cook…. I hate complaining so I was like nope I’ll just never come back to this location, since y’all dont know how to make nachos…. sooo I’m not coming back
