I was able to place a last-minute catering order in the morning, and honestly didn’t think it would be possible on such short notice. Thanks to Yesenia, everything came together perfectly and we were able to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The food was great, and the service was even better!

About $12 total for 2 tasty chicken bowls, since we don’t get the chips and drink. Can’t beat it for a quick and easy meal. This specific restaurant location is ultra fast and you wait less than a few minutes to get your food. Got home and dig into my chicken bowl and the taste and flavor were maybe a 7 out of 10. Again, great for the price since it’s so cheap.

I just left El Pollo Loco . I rarely write reviews. The person who took my order and was at the window was extremely rude! When ordering I asked him to please make sure my sauces are in my bag because my previous time there they fogot them. I asked for a lot of ice for my drink.When I got to the window my drink didn’t have a lot of ice so I said when you have a minute may I get a cup of ice. As he walked away he said “ Please “ sarcastically and shook his head. I said I said excuse me, what did you say? He said I gave YOU a lot of ice. I said apparently not enough or I wouldn’t be asking for more! He handed me the ice and then took the bag of sauces and shook the bag saying ok look I’m putting them in the bag! Very rudely. He apparently didn’t like that I let him know they forgot last time which was really no big deal I just wanted them to double check for this order!
I then asked for the manager who was very apologetic.Its Christmas and I usually tip these guys .But that guy this is his tip. Do better or go work somewhere else.

Recently visited this location and had the 2 piece leg and thigh combo which comes with 2 sides and a drink. Good tasting chicken. Location is in the La Paz Center near Ralph’s.

Best non sit down place for great food. The chicken is absolutely flavorful, always moist and delish!

Food. Small dried out pieces of chicken. Severely overcooked and overpriced. Seasoned ok but this was an affront to the animal that was sacrificed for food. Only good thing was the salsa.

I always like El Pollo Loco and this is one of the better ones. We got a whole chicken with tortillas and salsa. The chicken was hot and very tender, it was not over cooked which a lot of places do. The tortillas were fresh and warm, I enjoyed the meal very much. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Visited this location last night during the busy dinner rush. The drive through line and front counter were quite busy. When I entered to place my order, I was greeting promptly by a friendly cashier named Ryan who explained the 10 piece special and took my order.
I quickly noticed all of the other customers had already been helped and the orders were coming out at rapid pace. Even though the restaurant extremely busy, the kitchen staff were all working together like a well oiled machine! All of the staff were working their stations efficiently, they were communicating order statuses and updates effectively and the managers on duty were actively coordinating the orders.
Great job to the entire staff, we appreciate your service and dedication to providing quality fresh food! Also, I contacted the corporate offices to let them know of the awesome job the staff did. Too often, corporate only receives complaints and does not get notified on a job well done.
