Cashier misunderstood order, didn’t redo for fear of losing the survey $1 discount. Paid, then saw receipt of wrong order overcharge. Ok, so far. Cashier made back line aware of correct order. Ok. Cashier had lady from back line aware of overcharge, which was $5.99 plus tax .47 total 6.46. Lady said refund $5. (Lady was taken $1 off the refund of $6, which was wrong, that didn’t affect the outcome). She didn’t take the time to easily see the overcharge amount. Which I explained to her, which she didn’t want to figure. Finally she told the cashier to refund $6, which was still under the actual overcharge of 6.46.) I accepted because she didn’t want to deal with the situation. There was only 1 customer inside waiting to order at the counter. Not very comfortable and meal was good but a cloud over the experience. Would not want to order there again, which I believe is a company store, #3614, Huntington Beach, CA.

its good but they don’t offer you sauce, you have to ask for it at the drive up window on most things that you order. They don’t ask you if you want flour or corn tortillas. You have to ask. When your in a hurry; lunch is only 1/2 hour – who has time to think to ask for the essentials, they should ask you. So my Pollo bowl was very very dry, I wanted to take it back but I only have a 1/2 hour for lunch. So the customer service there could be improved on. They need to figure out what the customers needs are and be there to offer those things to make sure the customer doesn’t go away mad because they didn’t ask you. If they did I would have to give them a 10 out of 10 most times, sometimes a 9.
