I’ve been doing business nearby and was disappointed with most of the restaurants in the area until I found this El Pollo Loco. I’ve eaten at the chain off and on and while I’ve never found anything bad about them they weren’t exciting alternative. Just a good place for chicken if you don’t want KFC garbage.
I don’t know if the chain has changed or this location is better but it’s a pleasure to go there. Unlike most places, the white meat chicken is moist in addition to being delicious. The staff are friendly and the cleanliness is good. For a food chain, I’d say their cleanliness is outstanding, including the restrooms.

Terrible. They got my whole order wrong. I think they did it on purposes. Those kind of people dont deserve to work. God sees yall. Two girls talking and laughing while getting my order wrong on purpose.I wasnt rude back or even rude and im on a diet.Ordered a coke zero with light ice so they thought they would be funny and put my coke in a small cup.then I said you gave me the wrong drink and they gave my two extra drinks I had no room for.Ordered my son a kids meal with mac n cheese and he got rice. Karma thats all I can say. I hope your manager sees this.

UPDATE: I still feel the service is great, but lately EVERY TIME I go and tell them “Easy Rice” they give me extra rice. It really is getting annoying. Apparently I’m just going to have to tell them No Rice at all.

They always manage to forget something on every order i place. they will charge me for it and i still dont get what i paid for.

I absolutely enjoyed eating at El Pollo Loco. The food was great. The staff was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. Ashley was super friendly, and extremely professional El Pollo Loco should be honored to have her.

Made this purchase yesterday and when I got home, they had messed up my order. I ask to please don’t add sour cream and they did. I doubled check my recipe thinking maybe they didn’t hear me but nope, they mess up.
